Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

I made a purchase the evening of October *th order number* ****-****** -*******I used a coupon code that gave me **% off at Ceviche Arigato .That went through.*Then I see that * minutes later an additional purchase was generated by Groupon at the same vendor *For the full price. Transaction number*****-*****-******.*I am only interested in my purchase for the **% off Groupon.*And would like a $** refund for the full price Groupon .*I would also like that taken off my*My Groupon (stuff) so that I only have the one redeemable Groupon at this merchant. (In addition I would like confirmation on how I actually redeem the Groupon at the restaurant). Thanks So Much*Shari

I was able to communicate with Groupon through their app.*( It took me awhile to figure out how) .*Typing the issue. They were very responsive, giving me three options*To resolve it. I believe they processed a refund. Thank You.
