I placed three separate orders for batteries, each with 3 packs. In total, I should have received 15 packs but only got 8 - 3 AA packs and 5 AAA packs. I was charged $[redacted].85 for 15 packs. Please send the rest of the order, cancel and refund the difference, or provide a return label for a fresh start. The number of packs in the box doesn’t add up. I purchased a bed through Groupon and received text messages notifying me of a delivery today. However, I later received a message stating that the delivery is now rescheduled for Monday. I had to take a day off work for this delivery and unfortunately have no more vacation days left. I will now lose a day's wages as I will need to call in sick. I am seeking clarity on what compensation will be provided due to this inconvenience. When contacting the company supplying the bed and the delivery service, I did not receive a satisfactory response, and they directed me back to Groupon. Unfortunately, I cannot find a direct phone number to speak to a representative. I have retained the text messages to demonstrate the confusion caused by both parties.

Hello, I arranged and paid for window cleaning services through Royalty Cleaning. Initially, when I reached out to schedule the service, the provider requested my voucher number. Once provided, all communication ceased. Upon checking, my voucher was marked as redeemed without receiving the service. Upon reestablishing contact, I was informed that the company is undergoing an audit, causing a delay in scheduling. I am seeking a refund and opting to discontinue any further dealings with this company. It appears to be a questionable situation, as there is a lack of transparency and service delivery. It may be beneficial for Groupon to investigate further and consider the impact of associating with such entities. I wanted to highlight these concerns and urge caution for other customers. I have purchased seven Bush Garden tickets, and my account indicates that seven tickets are being processed with four tickets refunded. I realized the Visa credit card information did not include the security code. I am concerned if this omission will affect the ticket issuance and the charge to my credit card. After updating my account with the security code, I would like to know if the tickets will be issued and billed correctly. Your prompt assistance is appreciated. Thank you.

I attempted to purchase a Groupon for the Palmer and Sons One 3-Hour Bread Making Class, but each time it failed. On the app, the "My Stuff" tab didn't show any purchased Groupons, so I abandoned the purchase. The next day, multiple Groupons for the class appeared, and I could only refund one on my own. There are still two Groupons I can't manage. After checking my credit card, I saw a $[redacted] charge for one of the Groupons, unsure which one. I'm seeking a $[redacted] refund and wish for all purchased Groupons for the Bread Making Class to be canceled from my account. Thank you.

I had a live chat with Solomon, which ended abruptly despite me providing information. I have been trying to purchase Breakdown Assist in the UK all night. I seem to have accidentally bought it twice, but I never received the code or vouchers to redeem it. Even though I am familiar with the process from using Groupon before, I'm facing issues this time. I struggled to find the Live chat, and Solomon ended it prematurely. Due to my work hours at the nursery, contacting Groupon on weekdays with no phone access is challenging. I appreciate the assistance, but I may need to consider a different deal with another company.

I bought 3 tickets on Groupon for the Jungle Queen in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. I made a reservation for October 5th but had to cancel 2 days prior. Despite canceling, all 3 tickets were marked as redeemed on October 11th. I am looking to either have the tickets reactivated or get a refund. The terms mentioned that I could create and cancel my reservation up to 3 times.

I recently purchased a Groupon for an oil change, AC check, and vehicle inspection at Arizona Tire and Automotive Center. Upon arrival, I was met by a man who made comments about Groupon's fees and the financial situation of car owners. While he did the oil change, he did not conduct the AC check as promised. The vehicle inspection only uncovered worn tires, and I was surprised by an additional $10 charge for "disposal" that was not mentioned upfront. Dealing with separate tax and fees after the Groupon made this my most disappointing shop experience. I would appreciate at least a partial refund due to the unperformed AC check and the unexpected extra costs.

On September 12th, I bought a tile-cleaning Groupon from Diamond Cleaning in LA. Despite scheduling an appointment, they didn't show up. After rescheduling for October 10th at 10am, the cleaner arrived late, charged an extra $[redacted] for more cleaning, and tried to upsell a sealant for $[redacted]. He then left to buy supplies and never returned or communicated since. I am seeking a refund and an explanation for this unprofessional behavior. It seems Anthony operates alone from Riverside County without proper business registration. Does Groupon take any responsibility for the services they offer?

I recently placed an order for a HelloFresh Groupon for $88. However, I encountered an issue where two charges were processed - one for $0.00 and another for $88. The second charge was flagged by Visa as potential fraud and was denied. After speaking with Visa, they confirmed there was no issue with the card, just the close timing of the charges. I now receive an error message stating I exceeded the limit when attempting to reorder. The $88 HelloFresh purchase is intended as a gift for Lindsay S. at [redacted] I kindly request assistance rerunning the purchase on the same card, considering it is a gift, or guidance on how to proceed. I am experiencing a problem with my scheduled Aircon Cleans appointment. Originally, my booking was confirmed for today at 8 a.m. Yesterday, I received an email requesting a slight adjustment in the timing, to just after 8 a.m., which I agreed to. This morning at 9:43 a.m., I texted Brandon, the manager, to inquire about the estimated arrival time, as I had rearranged my work schedule to be present for the service. Brandon contacted me, claiming that I hadn't informed him about the schedule change (I have proof of my response) and mentioned that a service provider had arrived at 7:30 a.m. and attempted to contact me through the intercom, to which I did not respond (even though I was home the whole time). I am uncertain about the situation and would like to request a full refund due to the inconvenience caused. It is disappointing when service providers do not adhere to agreed-upon times, especially when customers have made arrangements based on those commitments. I made a purchase on October 8th in the evening with order number 1[redacted]24-[redacted]. I utilized a coupon code that gave me a 50% discount at Ceviche Arigato, which processed successfully. However, 4 minutes later, another purchase was automatically made by Groupon at the same vendor for the full price with transaction number 1[redacted]4-[redacted]. My intention was to only make use of the Groupon for the 50% off discount. I am requesting a $33 refund for the full-priced Groupon. Additionally, I would like the redundant purchase removed from my Groupon account, leaving only the single Groupon for redemption at the merchant. I purchased a Groupon for Millennium Dental Group thinking it included teeth whitening, but I found out it only covers x-rays and cleanings. Since my insurance already covers those services, I am interested in switching to a coupon for teeth whitening. I previously had a good teeth cleaning experience with Millennium Dental Group via Groupon last year. The manager, Erica, mentioned they have a Black Friday promotion coming up, but I would prefer to use the coupon for a different teeth whitening service. However, when I tried to exchange the coupon on the Groupon app, it said I couldn't because I had already viewed the voucher. I don't want to lose the money spent on the coupon, so I hope you can assist me in switching it. I'll keep an eye out for an email from your team.

I'm searching for a motel in St. Petersburg, FL. The purchase was accidental when I clicked "continue." I've contacted support right away, speaking with supervisor Sebastion G, clarifying it was a mistake and I need to rebook in St. Pete. Unfortunately, Knights Inn's policy states no refunds, but I stressed it was an immediate error. I've been a loyal customer for 10 years without issues. Sebastion mentioned no higher authority can assist, as managers handle bigger problems. I phoned Knights Inn directly; they said no two offers can be combined with Groupon. I'm seeking a prompt callback from someone who can resolve this before three days pass. Since this is not my card, I need to explain they may receive a refund in three days. Hello, I am reaching out regarding an issue with my Groupon+ subscription. Approximately two months ago, I attempted to cancel my subscription, yet I continue to be charged $4.99. Despite believing I successfully canceled through the Groupon app after seeing a charge last month, I noticed a recent $4.99 charge when checking my bank account today. Although I have contacted Groupon by phone previously to speak with someone through the app, this option seems unavailable to me now, adding to my frustration. I have not utilized my Groupon+ membership recently and am unable to provide the $4.99 charge for a service I no longer wish to have. On October 12, [redacted], I placed an order for flowers with FTD under order number GRPN[redacted] for delivery on October 13, [redacted]. Unfortunately, as of today, the recipient has not received the flowers. After contacting FTD, I was informed that there was a delivery error and no flower shop was available on the scheduled day. They offered an apology and an upgrade for delivery on October 14, [redacted], which I agreed to. Despite this, the recipient still did not receive the flowers as promised. I contacted FTD again, but they were unable to deliver the flowers on the rescheduled date. I decided to cancel my order and requested a full refund. Following the cancellation, FTD advised me to contact Groupon for the refund process. I have since received a cancellation confirmation email (GRPN[redacted]) from FTD at 4:19 pm. I am disappointed by this experience and find it unacceptable. I hope to receive a full refund promptly.

Hello, I wanted to share my recent experience with an order I placed through FTD on 10-12-19 for delivery on 10-13-19. The order number is GRPN[redacted]. Unfortunately, the flowers were not received by the recipient as planned. After contacting FTD, they apologized and explained that the florist missed the pickup. They offered to deliver the flowers the next day (10-13), along with an upgrade for the inconvenience, which I accepted. Disappointedly, the flowers did not arrive as promised. When I inquired about the delay, FTD couldn't provide a reason, apologized again, and suggested they could try to deliver them the following day. Unhappy with their service, I requested a full refund. FTD instructed me to contact Groupon for the refund process. I received a cancellation email from FTD with the refund details and was informed it might take 7-10 business days to reflect on my card statement. Hello! I need assistance with 2 orders. The first order is from Broadway Skin Care for a full set of eyelash extensions. The Rancho Cucamonga location is closed, and I was advised by the company to contact Groupon for a refund due to the closure. Since the Groupon was expiring soon, I was planning to use the trade-in offer after expiration. Unfortunately, I missed the trade-in offer yesterday. I would like to request a refund or an alternative trade-in option. The second issue concerns a voucher from 3D Eyelash Beauty. Upon trying to book an appointment, I was informed that I had previously used a Groupon with them at a different location, making me ineligible for another Groupon.
