Hello, good morning! My name is Shannon G. I purchased a service called Knockerball and have not used it. I am reaching out today to inquire about the possibility of obtaining a refund or Groupon Bucks for it. I gave this as a gift to my husband, who has Multiple Sclerosis and experiences balance and heat sensitivity issues. I had planned for us to play in late Fall to avoid the heat, but he brought up that even indoors, he could still get overheated. I now realize this poses a safety concern and I hope you understand his point of view. Thank you.

I need assistance with two refund requests. 1. I ordered a flower arrangement from Blooms on Saturday, September 28. I paid $16 for a $40 coupon, then an additional $15 for the arrangement, and $5 for delivery. Unfortunately, nothing was delivered to the Chicago address. I contacted Blooms, and they directed me to seek a refund from Groupon for the $36 I paid. 2. Secondly, I purchased a 2-piece dress from Anniecloth via Groupon, order #AC43891. I have tried to contact Anniecloth for a return due to the poor quality and inaccurate sizing, but have received no response. The fabric is thin and cheap, nothing like the advertised picture. I would like a refund and details on how to return this item. Thank you.

I would like to address an issue regarding my recent Groupon purchase for the Grand Ole Opry Backstage Tour. Upon arrival at the Ryman Theatre, I discovered that my voucher was meant for the Opry House, located 30-45 minutes away. The address on the voucher matched the Ryman Auditorium's address, causing confusion. Unfortunately, I was unable to make it to the correct location in time for the tour. I purchased a Groupon deal for auto detailing priced at $75, which was advertised as a $[redacted] detailing package with a full hand cleaning. Upon arrival for my appointment, I was informed that the coupon only covered interior vacuuming and wiping, excluding exterior wash, wax, or cleaning. They offered extra services at $40 each for carpet cleaning and seat cleaning, with a combined package for $60. I declined the additional services. I am seeking a refund to be credited back to my debit card for the misrepresented services.

Hello Groupon Team, I recently bought a nightclub bus crawl package for 2 in Las Vegas (Order 1[redacted]55-[redacted]) this week. My partner and I are from Montreal, Canada, and will be in Vegas for the weekend. After trying to redeem the voucher on the vendor's website, I discovered that there were no slots available for the nightclub bus crawl, only for the gentleman's club crawl. As we are only in town for the weekend, we are unable to utilize the voucher at another time. The gentleman's club tour is not what we had originally purchased. I have used Groupon happily before, especially during my travels. It has always been a fantastic way to explore various activities. Unfortunately, this time the package did not meet our expectations. I have contacted Groupon regarding a massage I was unable to schedule. On 10/7 at 2:30 pm, I was told I could use $29 in Groupon bucks. I was supposed to use it the next day. Firstly, the Groupon was for $39. Secondly, I couldn't locate the Groupon bucks and didn't receive a response to my query. Thirdly, the timeframe was too short. Fourthly, I haven't been informed that the Groupon has been restored, which isn't useful to me either. I require genuine assistance. Thank you.

Hello, I'm writing on behalf of Sofia Arar. On July 29, [redacted], I purchased 3 Skin Mater Microderm Treatments with a mini facial, and also bought one as a gift for my daughter, Monique A. We had a scheduled appointment today, October 10th, at 11:50. Despite waiting for 25 minutes, my daughter went in first, and I ended up waiting for over 50 minutes. When the owner, Lisa Mangrum, finally attended to me, her attitude was very bad and she was unapologetic. She mentioned she preferred the client before me. Her lack of apology and rude behavior left me shocked and upset. I expressed my disappointment and asked for a refund for the remaining services, to which she declined abruptly. This experience was far from the relaxing treatment I had hoped for. I urge for a prompt response to address this issue. Thank you.

Unfortunately, due to a last-minute medical issue, we missed the cancellation deadline for our reservation by 2 hours. We contacted the hotel, and they directed us to Groupon for assistance. I sent an email explaining our situation to Groupon 2 hours and 15 minutes past the deadline, requesting to reschedule. However, Groupon responded 3 days later, stating that the missed deadline is up to the hotel and inquired about who we spoke to there. It was late at 2 am, and in my tired state, I failed to get the name. I am considering calling the hotel again, but I am unsure about Groupon's involvement. Who ultimately makes the decision in this case?

I bought a Groupon on 1/28/19 using PayPal. In February, PayPal notified me that I wouldn't be charged, but they still debited my Bank of America credit card. Unfortunately, I couldn't use the voucher due to medical reasons. Despite reaching out to the Merchant, their marketing company, PayPal, and Bank of America, I haven't received any meaningful assistance or resolution. I'm in a tough spot and can't afford to lose $[redacted] like this.

I am experiencing difficulties. On October 6th, I bought an iPad cover and unintentionally had another item in my cart. I was refunded $6.99 instead of the full $8.99 I paid for the extra item, a women’s long sleeve crew neck buttons patched tunic, which I promptly cancelled. Merchant Marketplace initially couldn't locate my order, so I provided evidence of the mistakenly purchased item with the price I paid and the order number [redacted]61 or 1[redacted]26-[redacted]. After contacting them, they informed me to reach out to Groupon customer service as they were unable to find the order. Hello, I recently purchased a spa package for a 60-minute couples VIP room massage. I've been trying to book an appointment for weeks but haven't been successful. Whenever I call, I hear an automated message saying the number is not in service. I really want to use this voucher before I leave the country for a few months. I have previously used a chiropractor Groupon from this site, seeing the same lady for the past 3 years. However, my recent experience with a different chiropractor I redeemed a voucher for was disappointing. The chiropractor did not seem properly trained, lacked professional equipment, and the adjustment was uncomfortable and ineffective. I am dissatisfied as my spine issue remains unresolved and even feels worse post the session. I purchased 3 adjustments but do not wish to return after this experience. I would appreciate a Groupon credit or the ability to select a different chiropractor instead.

I recently had my massage appointment, but I am still waiting for my two chiropractic adjustments at Beaury Image in Torrance. I have contacted the chiropractor and discussed the appointments. Even though I understand they have multiple locations, I'm disappointed that they offered me a last-minute appointment an hour after my call. I had to decline and requested a date for the following week. Unfortunately, I never received a call back as promised. Now, two weeks later, I am reaching out again. I believe it's unfair for me to constantly chase after them for an appointment. I plan to leave another message and see how they respond.

I have a reservation at Circus Circus, but I don't have a credit card to cover some fees that may be required upon check-in. Unfortunately, I won't be able to proceed with my scheduled stay on October 11, [redacted]. I have found an alternative where I can use my debit card for payment or pay in cash directly on-site. I bought a Groupon for the Righteous Brothers show on 10/08/19. The venue did not accept my voucher, despite my attempts to contact them. I am disappointed that my previous inquiries have gone unanswered. The show only runs on Tuesdays to Thursdays, and I am leaving on Saturday. I wanted to attend tonight's 6:00 PM show, but it's already 4:15 PM and I still haven't received a response. I value good customer service but am now hesitant to continue patronizing your business. I contacted Grace Pest Control on September 23 to confirm they would honor your Groupon in Sarasota, FL, despite having a Tampa phone number. The service was scheduled with their sister company for $70, which included indoor and outdoor treatment. However, the treatment was not successful, and even after their return visit, the issue persisted. Grace Pest Control did refund $67, but it's concerning that their sister company is not registered in Florida. After a water treatment, the ant problem and food loss continue. It's crucial to ensure that recommended companies are legitimate providers to avoid such issues in the future.
