I phoned the spa to confirm my appointment for 2pm, and the employee assured me everything was set. However, upon arrival, a different staff member couldn't locate my booking. After checking with the initial lady, she asked for my phone number, claiming no one had called. To my surprise, she had me on speakerphone and could hear my calls. I rang the number I used to book, and her phone rang, making it clear she did receive my call. When she eventually answered, she suggested I come later, despite having a confirmed time. Feeling disrespected when they conversed and laughed in their language, I was taken aback. This spa visit was special as a present for my wife and me on our anniversary, but the experience left us both disappointed.

I ordered the LOL Surprise Glitter in March from Avenue Store LLC through Groupon. The envelope I received had a business card assuring delivery in 2 to 3 days. However, despite the tracking showing delivery, I never got my product. I can't send an email to the merchant for some reason. The order was placed on 9-24 and supposedly delivered on 10-5 with order number [redacted]. I suspect this company of fraud as they sent a business card but did not deliver my item. I want a refund. I bought two Groupons for Evil Intentions Haunted House. When we arrived, they used both vouchers and then suddenly stopped us from entering the attraction. When we asked for a reason, they just said, "you know why," leaving us confused. When we went outside to investigate, the police arrived and supported their decision to deny us entry. Despite them already using our Groupons, they insisted it wasn't their concern and directed us to contact Groupon for a refund. I kindly request a refund for the Evil Intentions vouchers.

I bought a refurbished Shark Duo floor cleaner from Groupon. Unfortunately, the handle came off on the first use, though it's still functioning. I'm in the process of trying to set up a warranty claim, but the Shark keeps falling apart. I got this as a gift for my daughter last Christmas, and she saved it for her new home. I'm feeling embarrassed as I didn't expect it to fall apart so quickly. It seems like the product is poorly assembled.

I bought a Groupon gift for my friend, but he didn't receive it. After contacting Groupon twice and receiving only automated responses, I gave up. I tried to exchange the Groupon for another date, but encountered issues. Eventually, my friend found the Groupon in his Outlook email account linked to his Hotmail. Unfortunately, I had already tried to trade it in. I haven't used the Groupon credit and would like to reverse the trade. I accidentally bought two Dairy Queen vouchers, but there are no Dairy Queen Grill locations near me, and the vouchers are only valid for those. Order# [redacted] On July 4th, I bought a $9 Name a Star package for my mother's upcoming birthday on July 29th. Despite reaching out to the seller multiple times due to not receiving the email or package in the mail, I have had no luck. It's disappointing and frustrating as the seller assured a quick delivery given the special occasion. I have checked my spam folder, but nothing has come through. I bought a bed through Groupon and used the Resolver app to keep track of everything. GRS notified me of a manufacturing problem with a part that can't be fixed with replacements. My daughter has been sleeping on the floor, and the bed was supposed to be a surprise birthday gift. I need a refund right away to buy a new bed and for Groupon to arrange to pick up the faulty one.

I placed an order on October 3rd and have been struggling to reach this company for several days. Contacting them has been a challenge. I have two previously purchased Groupons that I can no longer use due to not having a vehicle anymore. One Groupon is for a full synthetic oil change at N.T.B. Big O Tires, and the other is for a full oil change at Jiffy Lube. I am looking for a way to trade or exchange these Groupons for something I can use.
