The issue in GetHuman3850049's own words
I ordered a NCC online driving course on Groupon for $**. I got a code to use on the NCC site ,confirmation number , my credit card was charged . When I tried to use the code from Groupon on the NCC drivers course the code would not work and I was charge the full $** for the course. So now I paid the full price of the course $** and a $** Groupon which I could not use. According to the Groupon site I was to receive this course for $** which is a $** savings off the original price but instead of paying the Groupon price of $** or the original price of the course $** I’ve now paid $**. I’ve spoken with the representative from NCC driving course they told me to get in contact with Groupon . I’ve also contacted my credit card company on a service I paid for but the Groupon code didn’t work so I paid full price for the course and gave Groupon $** and their service did not work. I’ve called the Groupon number and there is only a recording . I want my $** back. I would like the $** credited back to my account.
