Hello, I would like to request a refund for a groupon I purchased October *, ****. Its for a hair salon. I called and made the appointment right away. I then got a call back from the salon saying I could not use the groupon because I had used one before. I read the fine print and the groupon says one per customer, but I took that to mean that I could only purchase one at a time. If you look at my history I have purchased this groupon * times now and been able to use the groupon discount price * times already. This time however I was told by the merchant I can not.
