Hello, I am writing to address an issue I encountered while using your app. While browsing through offers and applying a discount code, the app sent multiple purchase requests for the Massacre Haunted House. I refunded all except for one which was indicated as a trade for future credit, something I did not request. I would like a refund for this as well. Hello! I bought a voucher for Namak restaurant on September 28 for my boss but didn't receive a confirmation, so my boss purchased it separately. Later, we realized my purchase went through, resulting in a duplicate order. I've already emailed to cancel my initial purchase, but I'm still waiting for the refund. I purchased two couple massages from Le Paradise Day Spa. However, when attempting to book my appointment, I was prompted for a voucher number which is not available next to the items. I had to repurchase as the original item was refunded. I paid $[redacted] for the massage, but now I am stuck without a voucher number as proof of purchase for the facility. I am new to using Groupon, and this experience has caused confusion and frustration. I need assistance in obtaining the necessary voucher number to move forward with scheduling my massages.

I recently bought a voucher for a dinner for four at Lal Qila Restaurant in Dubai. After purchasing, I called the restaurant to make a reservation. Unfortunately, when I mentioned my Groupon voucher, they directed me to book online. However, upon checking the online booking, I found that it was only available from tomorrow onwards, not for tonight. Despite trying to resolve this with the restaurant's reservation team, they are unable to honor the voucher for tonight. Despite multiple emails, phone calls, and confirmation from The Stuart Hotel on 6th September [redacted], indicating that a refund should be issued, we have not received it. Your recent communication (Ticket Number #[redacted]1) stated that the refund was not being processed, implying that we should have addressed the issue promptly after the purchase. We have evidence confirming that we did so and kindly request the refund be processed promptly, as previously agreed. I purchased a Groupon this summer for Tiger Tail Aqua Water Activities in Dania Beach, Florida, for my family. The deal stated it was for ages 7 and above, so I bought tickets for all 6 of my children. Upon arrival, the staff were unwelcoming and made us wait despite their strict one-hour policy. Our scheduled time was from 3-4. At exactly 3:00, they informed me that my son was not tall enough, forcing me to purchase an additional ticket at the entrance and causing further delay. I tried to show them the sign stating ages 7 or 45 inches, but they disregarded it. On top of that, the lifeguards were impolite to the children. I would like a refund as this was not an enjoyable experience and not one I would recommend to others. Thank you.

I need to cancel a reservation I made through Groupon last night for a two-night stay at the Ramada Wyndham in Niagara Falls. I accidentally hit the button twice for two nights. I purchased a Groupon deal from Josh and Sons for a deck power washing service. I had numerous text exchanges with them regarding the job, where they requested the deck dimensions and a picture texted to them. They were supposed to arrive between 10 and 12 yesterday, so I stayed home, but they postponed it to later in the afternoon, causing me to wait longer. They then mentioned it would be around 3:00. At 2:27, they texted saying there was an extra $30 charge due to being out of their zip code, which was not disclosed earlier despite me asking about it before buying the Groupon. I feel unsettled about this situation and wish to receive a refund for the Groupon as I find their actions dishonorable.

I purchased the BaByliss Pro 1-inch flat iron and blow dryer combo on Groupon a couple of months ago. I have only used the straightener a couple of times, but now when I plug it in, it's not heating up. The only sign of life is the on indicator light turning on, but the straightener itself does not heat up. I am hoping to either receive a refund or exchange for a new one since I have only used the straightener fewer than 2 times and it shouldn't be experiencing this issue.

I placed an order on Saturday, October 5, [redacted]. Despite updating my address before ordering, the shipping address showed my old address, while the order details displayed the correct new address. I have relocated from [redacted] Highview Stewart, 2; Pittsburgh, PA [redacted] to [redacted] Columbo Street, 2, Pittsburgh, PA [redacted]. I need my items sent to the correct address. I faced issues with my past landlord and cannot retrieve my package there. I spent nearly $80 on this order. Despite addressing the change before ordering, the warehouse processing center did not update it appropriately. I am very frustrated and did not receive any help from Live Chat. Hello, I recently bought a Groupon deal (Order #:[redacted]) and contacted the merchant about using my voucher. Even though their website says you can show the voucher on the mobile app, they insisted on a printed copy when I visited them. This confusion led to me being turned away, causing me frustration and a wasted trip. Unfortunately, El Paso Counseling is no longer providing the deal I initially purchased. Additionally, the car detailing service I found on Groupon only offers exterior cleaning, despite a review mentioning a car wash included in the service. This means I will only receive half the service for the full price paid. I am looking to exchange my Groupon voucher for Groupon credit so I can purchase a deal that includes both interior and exterior detailing services. I used a Groupon to make a purchase, but my card was initially declined. After resolving the issue with my card company, I reordered successfully. I later discovered that I was charged twice and received two vouchers instead of one. Despite the purchase being non-refundable, I only intended to buy one voucher and would like to return the extra.

I mistakenly purchased the Superior Platinum Detailing service and would like a refund. While updating my credit card information, I accidentally proceeded with the purchase. I viewed the deal a while back, and it seems it was saved in my cart. This occurred on October 6th at 10:00 PM. Please confirm the refund process.
