Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-addlife's own words
This is the second time this month that I have had the same issue orderi g on your site. I wanted to order * laptop and * Bluetooth earphone. I came home and found * laptops at my door. I got a previous reply from you saying that there was just * order, no duplicate. I started an order initially of a laptop, plan, and earphone but did not complete order. Changed my mind. The cart had * items, could not tell what they were. I deleted the second item and just left laptop. Then I shopped for Bluetooth earphones. When I was ready to check out, I reviewed order for * items, and authorized payment.*The next time I hear anything, is the next day I checked my card balance and it was *. I checked Groupon and there had been * items charged to my card, totalying*$***.**. Please send me a return label for the second laptop and refund my money just as fast as you shipped this product, please. My number is (***) ***-****.*Thank You
