Hello, my name is Gwendolyn Littlejohn. I am concerned about a $[redacted] charge on my account that I did not authorize. Although I ordered 16 items, I only received some of them, including a faulty Stun gun. I have not received a response to my emails seeking clarification. I dispute owing any additional funds. I request a prompt refund of the $[redacted]. If this matter is not resolved, I will pursue legal action. I am disappointed and will no longer use Groupon services. Hello, I am seeking assistance with my recent purchase from the Nail Gal through Groupon. Unfortunately, the Nail Gal does not have any appointments available for the next few months, which is disappointing as I was eager to have my nails done sooner. I recently purchased a Botox voucher and scheduled an appointment for today. After calling to possibly reschedule due to traffic, I was informed that I would lose the voucher if I didn't make it on time. The spa representative was dismissive of my situation and threatened to cancel my voucher. I felt mistreated by the lack of concern and professionalism. It seems like they were quick to judge me based on the voucher I had without giving me a chance to explain. This behavior needs to be addressed to ensure better customer service in the future.

The offer clearly states 2 show tickets valued at $99. I believe Le Reve at the Wynn should be an available option. The merchant is now saying the show is not an option, causing confusion. I strongly feel that the offer implies this show is included based on the price point and the lack of mention about having to wait for a list of available shows. The fine print suggests receiving two tickets with a value of $99 each. Upon reviewing the fine print again, it feels misleading. They offer a production show as an option and list Le Reve under production shows. Tickets are also available for $99 directly from the ticket booth and Wynn online. I purchased vouchers with Order #[redacted][redacted] and am requesting a refund. The fine print for this offer was not transparent, leaving key details undisclosed. My credit card company advised me to contact you first to resolve the issue.

I was informed by Kaia Fitness that I could have a complimentary week before applying my Groupon, but they used the Groupon immediately. I am now unable to attend the classes that fit my schedule because they are not covered by the Groupon offer. I am feeling frustrated by this situation. I have already reached out to the owner via text expressing my concerns. I am hoping to either be able to participate in the TRX and cycle classes as intended with the Groupon or to receive a refund for the purchase. The Groupon appears as redeemed, even though I was under the impression that I would have a trial week first before redeeming it. I kindly ask for your assistance in resolving this matter promptly. About 4-5 weeks ago, I contacted Groupon support for help but haven't received a response despite the promised 24-hour reply. I've tried using the chat line but haven't had success. I have various issues to discuss, such as how to make a trade before the deadline, returning a laptop and weights, seeking reimbursement for unused kids deals, and asking about my Pandora purchase. I am having difficulty following the instructions provided due to a stroke that affected my cognitive abilities a year ago. I bought two vouchers for sixty-minute reflexology massages at Touch of Healing, but I'm having trouble scheduling a double booking for my husband and me. Despite leaving messages and calling multiple times, there has been no response. Trying to book online proved difficult as only one person works at the facility, with hours varying, even on weekends. I'm feeling very frustrated and disappointed as I wanted to plan date nights around these massages but have been unsuccessful. I would like a refund for the two vouchers I purchased from a place that does not prioritize customer callbacks. Very disappointed.

I purchased 2 tickets through Groupon for a cupcake tour, which got canceled twice. Frustrated, I switched to a chocolate tour but faced traffic and parking issues, causing me to miss it. I have unfortunately been a victim of a scam by Bay Area Body Sculpting, as have many others who have shared their experiences on the Groupon website. I had purchased two vouchers, one for $44 and another for $[redacted]. The amount was refunded on August 16th but was deducted from my account again today because Groupon claimed the vouchers were used. The staff member scanned the vouchers and scheduled my appointments, but after using one, they disappeared overnight. Numerous reviews reflect the struggle many of us are facing to recover our funds. I had been communicating with your company via email but did not retain the correspondence, assuming the issue was resolved. Many customers are reporting difficulty in obtaining refunds from Groupon. I purchased a Groupon for a 5-room and hall cleaning service. I contacted the company on 09/21/19 and scheduled an appointment for 09/26/19. When someone called to confirm the address and service type, I asked for a work order, but they didn't have one. I requested a company representative to call me back, but they didn't follow through, making the situation feel suspicious. I am now seeking a full refund from Groupon. Hi there! My fiancé and I both signed up for Groupon Plus and received coupons via email for $10 off a purchase over $10. The coupon code is "Save10." Previously, we faced a similar issue with the code "Take10." While on an online chat last night, explaining the problem, the agents disappeared. Dear Sir/Madam, I recently purchased a voucher for my parents' anniversary for them to visit Crystal Palace Spa. The website's photos were stunning and captured a very traditional atmosphere. We made specific requests such as ensuring no males were present during my mother's Turkish massage, which was agreed upon during booking. I was eagerly looking forward to my parents having a wonderful time at the spa. However, upon their visit, we were shocked. The actual spa did not resemble the place depicted in the pictures at all. It was unclean and one of the most unhygienic spaces we have encountered. The staff behaved rudely, initially ignoring us when we explained the purpose of our visit. When they finally paid attention, my parents were rushed downstairs to change. Despite our request for no males during my mother's massage for religious reasons, men were present near the changing rooms. The masseuse mentioned they would leave soon but my parents felt uncomfortable and left promptly. The experience was a far cry from the traditional and welcoming setting we anticipated based on the website. Hello, I purchased a Groupon yesterday and received an email stating that the transaction didn't go through. I was prompted to update my payment information or add another card. After adding a new card and successfully completing the purchase, I received a confirmation email for this transaction. However, this morning, I received another email confirming a duplicate purchase of the same Groupon using the initially declined MasterCard ending in [redacted]. I would like a refund for the MasterCard payment as I had already made the purchase successfully using a different card after following your instructions to update my payment. Thank you, Rachele

I purchased a groupon deal for a haircut and dye in Vancouver, Washington. I anticipated an additional charge for my hair length and requested it below my breast area. However, the stylist cut it much shorter to my shoulders. Despite explaining the mix of colors I desired for the bayalage, she applied a single color, and my hair turned out uneven. Throughout the appointment, she appeared cold and was uncommunicative. When I asked for more work on my bangs, she refused due to time constraints and another client arriving. Her dismissive attitude and unfinished work left me dissatisfied. I feel hesitant to ask for a correction because of her behavior and fear of a negative reaction. I had a very disappointing experience at BounceU. Despite their website indicating open hours for my toddler to bounce until * PM, we were turned away for a private event not listed online. When I mentioned the discrepancy to the manager, she only responded with a casual remark. As a full-time working mom, it's frustrating when businesses don't stick to their advertised hours, making it challenging to plan activities with my child.

Yesterday, I was able to find a local Sears phone number to inquire about using Groupon. The number is [redacted]. Sears offers services for garage doors, repairs, openers, and more. However, when contacted, they stated that they are a "new" affiliate of Sears and cannot honor the Groupon deal from the old Sears. I am frustrated as this is the second garage door company that has not honored their contract. The previous company also did not show up after making appointments. I feel disappointed and just want my $29 back to pay for the service I require.

I received an email from Groupon offering a 20% discount on Cardinal vs. Seahawk tickets using the code SAVE. During the purchase process, I selected my seat and entered my credit card information and the code but received an error message stating the code was invalid. Additionally, I was unable to apply another promo code provided to me, SVJ2L4, for $10 off my purchase. It is frustrating to receive coupon codes that do not work when purchasing event tickets. I tried to resolve this with Vivid Seats, but they are unable to assist since I bought the ticket through Groupon.
