I went for a prp treatment at Shana Skin. I m not leaving a review but I am very disappointed. First they schedule me an appointment * days in advance and the day of the treatment they told me that they didn’t have me on schedule. Then they found time for, I went there and they didn’t sign me for prp but for something else. They make me change the room after realizing the mistake that luckily I asked otherwise they would have giving me a different treatment. I have never done prp just imagine. During the session she told me that next time I shouldn’t use Groupon but get a deal directly from them at the store. Plus I would get the whole prp treatment if I purchase from them instead of Groupon. At the end yesterday I received half of the treatment because I didn’t pay the whole amount at the store when they actually told me on the phone that is the real full treatment. I would like to be in part refunded for this because isn’t fair. About the facility she was nice overall and a clean place. Even though they should store people’s blood for the prp treatment in a safer sanitize container instead of a trash can. Just my thought. Please let me know what you can do thank you very much.
