Hi, *This is regarding my Banff Gondola groupon. Yesterday, ** min after I purchase the groupon, I realized that there is a mistake in pricing,and I requested * calls back from customer support. I was told that I have to talk with a supervisor, and someone will call me back. Nobody called me back to discuss further this issue. I understand that this was a final deal, but the deal is false advertised. *When asked about how many people there are * options: adults, kids(*-**), infants. If this question is there I assume there is different pricing. The oferr itself said starting from, not **.*** person. The offer is confusing. I was hoping for a solution to this problem,but any of your representatives were not able to come up with a solution. I will discuss the issue further with my bank and better business bureau. *Please contact me to ***-***-**** if you have a solution to this issue.*Also the email: groupon.com* customers* support that is posted under my invoice is invalid. How could I contact you right away if there is no way to get to anyone?

This issue was not fixed, because it was a final sale. I was not aware of groupon having final sales. I payed full price. This was not a deal, was sold like one but was not.*SO I will stop using groupon and recommend it too.
