I use the Groupon app primarily for local dining deals. However, I recently bought an adult item and the product's image and description are prominently displayed with my restaurant vouchers. This caused an embarrassing situation when a server saw it. Although Groupon promises discreet packaging, the issue lies in the app's visibility. I want to remove the explicit reference to my purchase from my screen to avoid such awkward encounters in the future. How can I ensure that my adult product purchase is not openly displayed alongside my other vouchers?

Last night, I made reservations for two different hotels, one for one night and the other for two nights since the second hotel didn't have three nights available. However, for some reason, my credit card was not charged, and the transaction failed. After receiving an email stating that both orders failed, I attempted to place another order and charged my card, which failed again. Realizing my order was canceled, I tried to reorder the same hotel but found three nights available instead of two as I initially wanted. I decided to book all three nights at the hotel I preferred. Although I believed the transaction was approved, upon checking my Groupon account under "My Stuff," I noticed three more orders were processed and approved. I'm confused about why this happened and unsure how to proceed as I cannot afford to pay for three hotel bookings. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I made a booking at Queen Bee Beauty in Dickson ACT for a massage. After paying for it, I tried to contact them six times over an hour with no response. Eventually, after a lengthy messaging exchange, I was scheduled for 10:30 am today, Saturday. However, this morning I had to go into work and received another text instructing me to rebook with a $10 extra charge due to a Groupon deal. I'm frustrated with the lack of phone communication and feel the process could have been smoother with a quick, respectful call at the beginning. I work two jobs six days a week and just wanted a relaxing massage, not this level of stress. I am requesting a full refund promptly. This has been my worst experience. Regards, Jamie S.

Hello, my name is Tina Watson. I purchased a Groupon for a facial massage back in June. I requested to reschedule due to traffic on the same day of purchase, but the young lady did not call me back as promised to confirm if the expired Groupon would be accepted on June 16, the rescheduled date. Despite leaving a message, I did not receive any confirmation. I asked for a refund of $59 from the establishment but have yet to receive it as we are now in August. I would like my refund promptly as I did not receive the service due to the representative's failure to confirm the expiration date on the call back.

I recently used a voucher at ATS to have my car's air conditioner re-gassed, but unfortunately, my AC was still not cooling. Despite that, ATS claimed that the voucher had not been redeemed. They were willing to recover the gas they had put in my car and offered me options to address the issue. After following their recommendation to another service provider, I was advised to return to ATS to be re-gassed before further diagnosis could be done. However, on my return visits, the service was delayed due to system issues and finally, I was informed that I had to pay or purchase another voucher. I recently bought a 10-class pass for an Agni yoga studio for my mom's birthday, but mistakenly purchased it for a studio in Ohio instead of in Wisconsin where she lives. I have already bought another pass for the correct location through Groupon. Can I return the Ohio pass or get credit? I missed the 3-day return window due to gifting it recently. Hello, I purchased a Groupon for New Look Skin Center for Six Laser Hair Removal Treatments for a Medium Area back in January [redacted]. I was assured that I could mix areas of the same size for the same price. I specifically inquired about combining the face and bikini area, and the staff member confirmed that it was permissible. Consequently, I bought an additional Groupon for 6 medium areas. Unfortunately, I am facing a time constraint as I am leaving the country in 2 months and will not be able to utilize my second Groupon. If I had been given accurate information by their staff initially, I wouldn't have purchased the second one. Despite being told one thing in January, I was informed another thing recently, and now I am unable to redeem my second Groupon. New Look Skin Center refused to let me begin redeeming it since it hasn't been 6 months since my last treatment with them, which contradicts what I was previously told I could do. They suggested seeking a refund from Groupon. I am seeking a refund for the unused Groupon or the opportunity to exchange it for a different service. I am reaching out regarding a refund request due to a sanitary issue at your facility. During our visit, the manager allowed patrons to participate without the required footwear, citing a lack of appropriate socks. This raised concerns about cleanliness and the risk of contracting infections. As a result, my girlfriend, my 4-year-old, and I left early. I would appreciate it if this refund could be expedited. My name is Tina Watson, the appointment was set for. I have been working on resolving this issue for a while now. I am seeking a refund for the facial service at Massage Heights Summerwood for $59.00. Despite contacting company representatives numerous times, I have not yet received the promised refund. I was informed that Groupon should be issuing the full refund of $59.00 for the unprovided service, but it hasn't been processed yet. I am requesting a complete refund of $59.00 due to the service cancellation caused by the representative's failure to respond and validate the expiration date as agreed upon before the appointment. I encountered a significant issue with the hotel I booked with a Groupon deal. The Groupon deal was for a 2-day stay at Deluxe by Design Suites located at [redacted] Collins Ave in Miami Beach. After a nearly 3-hour flight delay and a 1-hour drive from Fort Lauderdale, my family and I were looking forward to relaxing at the hotel, but we were met with disappointment. The room we were given was in poor condition, with a foul smell, peeling paint on the walls, and a bathroom with a stained and rusty tub that was unacceptable for my wife and young children. Although Jean, the hotel clerk, tried to help by offering another room, it was also subpar, leading us to seek alternative accommodations immediately. I cancelled the reservation and began reaching out to nearby hotels for a place to stay. I am seeking a refund from Groupon and suggest they reconsider their partnership with this particular hotel. Two months ago, I bought two microblading sessions - the first one and the touch-up. I used a Groupon for the initial session and was dissatisfied with the results. Despite the affordable price, I was not pleased with the outcome. I wanted to book the touch-up session included in the deal, but the microblader has not been responsive. I tried contacting her several times but received no response. I am frustrated because I paid extra for the two-session option with the intention of getting a touch-up, but now I feel ignored. I made a reservation for 2 nights at the Four Columns Inn from 8/5 to 8/7. However, an error occurred with the initial booking. We were charged for 2 rooms at $[redacted].70 each for 8/5 and $[redacted].70 for 8/6. Upon noticing the mistake on our credit card statement, we promptly contacted the inn to rectify the situation. Despite reaching out to Groupon multiple times regarding the issue, we did not receive a response. Consequently, we disputed the charge through our credit card company. Given our history as loyal Groupon customers, we kindly request the refund of the extra day wrongly billed to us. The Four Columns Inn confirmed that we only needed to be charged for 2 nights in one room. Hence, we urge Groupon to release the funds. Customer support was unhelpful, promising a $50 credit and assistance from a specialist that never materialized. Despite my persistence, the problem persisted for two days, with no call from a manager as promised. Attempts to repurchase the Groupon for $[redacted] failed, with support promising a specialist but failing to follow up. Struggling to contact anyone, I was informed my charges were declined, even though I did not cancel the transaction. Despite multiple attempts, I never received the Groupon or a call back.

Good morning, I needed to order 5 tickets to the Burj Khalif in Dubai. I purchased 4 vouchers initially and then a single voucher for the 5th member of our party. Unfortunately, the single voucher did not arrive on time, and we had to purchase a ticket at the counter since we were leaving Dubai in the afternoon. I have been experiencing ongoing issues with my order. Initially, the order was flagged as failed due to the card ending in [redacted], which is accurate. However, when I attempted to use my new card instead, I ended up being charged twice on the card ending in [redacted]. Despite the purchase being made a few business days ago, the funds have not been returned to my new card. I reached out to Groupon, provided screenshots via email, and shared my personal details with a representative who has not followed up. I am seeking a refund of $60 to the card ending in [redacted], reimbursement for any overdraft charges incurred, or delivery of the actual Groupon I intended to purchase from Magic Wheels. Following my complaint, I am now unable to sign in to my account or reset my password. The system prompts me to sign up again, but creating a new account is unsuccessful as an error message occurs. This situation is incredibly frustrating.

I purchased a Groupon for laser tag that I never got to use. I've been attempting to trade it in, but Groupon has made it challenging to access it. Even though I have not used it and have tried to cancel, now they claim it has been viewed, making it impossible to trade. I have three more vouchers that have also expired, two for closed restaurants. When I contacted Groupon, they didn't refund me for the nonexistent or closed locations. I have been a loyal customer for years, but this experience is frustrating and makes me hesitant to use the site again. I would appreciate a call to explain these issues and why my attempts to trade them in have been unsuccessful.

Hello, I'm Sharon Houle, and I bought 4 tickets for the Kalamazoo Paranormal bus tour on 8/12 at a total of $78.00 via Groupon, charged to my Kalsee credit card. I messaged Kalamazoo Paranormal to inquire about Saturday tours but got no response, only to find out they don't offer them. Since I can't do Fridays, I'm looking to have the ticket cost credited back to my Kalsee account. After reaching out to the bus tour company today, they informed me that refunds can only be processed through Groupon. According to the terms, refunds are only allowed within 3 days of purchase, which I missed as I was waiting for a reply. Therefore, I kindly request a refund for the tickets. I purchased tickets online through the Charlotte Groupon website for the Peter Frampton concert at the PNC in Charlotte on August 30th. However, the tickets were sent to an old email address instead of my correct one. Despite contacting Groupon's online help line, they were unable to resend the tickets to my correct email as it was an established account. I provided my son's email as an alternative but have not received the tickets there either. I have contacted Groupon again and requested a call back, but have not received any response. Dear Customer Service, I am a loyal Groupon customer and I am writing to request immediate refunds for four specific Groupons that have caused me great inconvenience. Firstly, the Brazilian wax Groupon has been a complete disappointment as the salon never honored the appointment. Secondly, the hair highlights Groupon was misleading, as the salon refused to provide the service. Thirdly, the teeth whitening Groupon provider has been unreachable for scheduling. Lastly, the chiropractor Groupon turned out to be a misleading offer, requiring additional payments not mentioned in the deal.
