My family already has annual passes, so I did not intend to buy this Groupon. I purchased a Groupon deal for a haircut and full highlights from NaKeita Lewis at Rosy Beauty Salon in Omaha, Nebraska. When I tried to redeem it, NaKeita advised me to seek a refund from Groupon and then blocked me. My hair is longer than shoulder-length, and although the fine print mentioned an additional fee, NaKeita insisted on charging me full price and refused to honor the Groupon. This experience has left me very disappointed, especially since I have never encountered such issues before. NaKeita has maintained that the only resolution is to obtain a refund through Groupon. I purchased an eyelash extension voucher at Luscious Lashes located on [redacted]-[redacted] W Georgia St, Vancouver, around a month ago. I have been trying to schedule an appointment by calling them multiple times, but they never pick up and always direct to voicemail. The shop requires customers to message them for bookings. Despite sending numerous messages, they only respond sporadically, often stating they are unavailable for my preferred time. After suggesting they provide a time on any day, they stopped replying. Today, when I visited the shop, it had disappeared (relocated). I am frustrated by this experience and question why Groupon allows such businesses to operate. This shop seems to be deceiving customers and leveraging Groupon for profit. I am seeking a full refund of my credit.

I would greatly appreciate if my order could be cancelled before it is shipped. This is the seventh time I have tried to cancel an order I placed last night. I am having difficulty navigating your system, especially because I am a senior. I intended to order two desk-sized old world mouse pads but mistakenly only selected one initially and immediately tried to adjust it to two. Unfortunately, your system on my phone did not allow me to correct this error properly, resulting in a second order being placed without cancelling the first one. Both orders are now showing up in my Groupon account, totaling to three mouse pads. I have made several attempts to cancel the redundant order through your website, phone, and by reaching out via email to every contact provided for Groupon customer support. I am extremely frustrated as I have never encountered such an issue with a Groupon order before. I sincerely hope to resolve this without involving my American Express card, which has a much more user-friendly customer service. Frustrated, M.C.

I redeemed a digital subscription for the Raleigh News & Observer on 7/29/19, but the service has not started. When I contacted their customer service, they directed me to reach out to Groupon because they have no record of my order. The Groupon order number is [redacted], purchased on 7/22/19. If this issue is not resolved soon, I would like a refund for the amount paid. Thank you for your assistance. I recently received an email from McClatchy Newspapers requesting information, but they did not provide a reply email. I need help emailing McClatchy Newspapers.

I recently purchased a Groupon voucher for the BMW Performance Drive in Thermal, California, specifically for the Mini Track drive. However, upon attempting to book, I discovered it was for a Mini Cooper track experience rather than driving a BMW as expected. The booking description did not specify this, causing confusion. The BMW Performance Center suggested contacting Groupon for a refund, but I was informed that I missed the 24-hour refund window. The options listed did not clarify the car model for the Mini Track Drive. To resolve this issue, I propose exchanging the advertised 2-hour drive for the 4-hour Mini Drive experience to align with my expectations. Thank you.

I have reached out to Groupon multiple times regarding Soularus in Briarcliff Manor, New York. I bought a massage deal on May 9, [redacted], but I have struggled to make an appointment. The phone goes unanswered, my emails are ignored, and the business seems to have irregular hours. I even visited in person, but no one was available. On August 5, I visited again, and the manager mentioned refunding through Groupon or using the credit towards a regular massage. I encountered difficulty navigating your site as it froze and closed unexpectedly. The following day, I noticed three queen beds were ordered without my knowledge. I reached out to your customer support team to address this issue. Unfortunately, they are asserting that I placed the order, which is not the case. Despite my efforts, they are unwilling to cancel the order or escalate the matter to a supervisor for further assistance. I am keen on resolving this situation directly with your company before considering reporting the charges as fraudulent on my credit card. However, I am currently facing challenges as I have not received the necessary support.

I had difficulties navigating Canvas Online last night. I mistakenly ordered two 24" by 36" canvases instead of one. The website doesn't allow you to go back and make changes. The support page directed me to a non-working phone number. I couldn't reach Groupon for help. I noticed I have 2 Groupons for $24 each instead of the expected discounted price of $12 due to joining Groupon Select. I want to cancel one canvas order and keep one Groupon. Although I didn't confirm the final price, the Groupons were added, and I uploaded a photo, but the options I saw earlier weren't available. I'm unsure if the order went through. I redeemed a Groupon voucher yesterday for a keratin hair treatment that I purchased. I was surprised to learn there was an additional $50 charge for the treatment during the service. The technician mentioned he would have honored the Groupon price without the extra cost if I had contacted him before buying the voucher. Despite leaving feedback on Groupon's page about my negative experience, only positive reviews seem to be displayed. It is frustrating that the technician is using Groupon as advertising while charging extra fees. This unexpected cost has left me dissatisfied, and I am considering closing my Groupon account and sharing this experience with my friends.

Hello, While reviewing my purchased protection vouchers for my Aduro Amplify Pro Stereo Bluetooth, I encountered an issue with my current device's charging port breaking off. As I checked my records, I noticed that the order LG-4WVW-R4YR-L9JV-15R4 was marked as redeemed on 4/17/19 at 8:48 pm PST. However, I never actually redeemed this voucher, nor did I receive any refund or replacement for it. Despite emailing [redacted] on 4/11/19 at 12:59 pm PST regarding the broken device, the response I got on 4/19/19 at 10:28 pm PST from Groupon promising a resolution within 24 hours was never followed through. Today, I got an email regarding my Bourbon and Beyond ticket purchase through Groupon. They mentioned an error made by the sponsors in not collecting email addresses during the purchase process. Now, they are requesting I update my email address on Groupon by 8/10/19 to avoid ticket cancellation. I am unsure if this is genuine, and if it is, I am having trouble following their provided instructions.

I attempted to use my mani & pedi Groupon in June, but I encountered difficulties scheduling an appointment. Despite rescheduling for July 22nd at 4pm and then August 7th at 3pm, both times the salon was closed upon my arrival. The business's communication and service were disappointing, and there were discrepancies with the signage compared to the Groupon listing. It was a frustrating and inconvenient experience. The voucher number I have is not working on Sam's Club's website. I am able to fill out the information for the first section, but when I try to proceed to the second section, it won't go through. I bought the $45 membership through Groupon for Sam's Club. After multiple live chats with Sam's Club and Groupon, Sam's Club mentioned that Groupon sold me the membership and they need to assist. However, Sam's Club can only help if I provide a 'MEMBERSHIP' number, which I don't have from Groupon. I have spent 4.5 hours on this issue and it's frustrating. I am eager to get my Sam's Club membership working.

I recently created a new account and placed an order for carpet cleaning. I didn't receive a purchase confirmation email, so I mistakenly placed the order again, assuming the first one didn't go through. Upon realizing, I noticed that the email address listed is incorrect. My correct email should be [redacted], but it was entered as [redacted], missing the "y" in Kathryn. As a result, the purchase confirmation was sent to the wrong email address. Now, I may have unintentionally made two carpet cleaning orders. How can I go about fixing this issue?

I am extremely frustrated because it seems like I have fallen victim to a scam through Groupon. There have been numerous red flags, such as multiple complaints and an easily verifiable business closure. The website is non-functional, and reaching them by phone is impossible. I am requesting a refund for my purchase. I hope that others affected have also been refunded. It’s disappointing that I may have to double-check every Groupon deal in the future, as I assumed Groupon would have vetted them properly.

I have a coupon for a purple me pink Brazilian wax but after my first appointment with Nina, I realized I don't have enough hair for a Brazilian wax and asked if I could use the coupon for something else. Instead of being understanding, she shared my message on a random group, making fun of me and even posted my number on social media which is very unprofessional. I'm shocked and disappointed by her behavior. I would like a refund and will never go back for her services. I was also informed by someone kind enough to send me screenshots of her comments. I kindly request a refund for my next two visits as I have no intention of returning for any services with her.
