On July **, ****, I purchased (*) Adult *-Day Go Boston Cards* Reservation ID ******* and (*) Child *-Day Go Boston Card Reservation ID *******. I arrived in Boston on the **th and tried to attend the Blue Man Show, but was told that my Go Boston card didn’t include this. The next morning July **, I tried to use the Go Boston card at the Boston Duck Tours. I was told that my Go Boston Card was not valid since it was a * day card. As a result I paid for that attraction on my own. After the tour was finished , I called and spoke with a representative. I explained that first, the web site was not clear that only a *, * and * day Go Boston card would include the Blue Man and Duck Tour. Second, I was in Boston for * full day. Since I was not able to use the card, I asked for a refund. It was within the first ** hours since purchasing the ticket. The representative apologized for the situation. She assured me that I would be reimbursed for the tickets purchased, and could expect the full refund in * week. It is now * weeks since I last spoke with your representative and I haven’t received my reimbursement. Please contact me. I submitted a correspondence to *****@***.com explaining the reason for my refund request. A response was formulated by Groupon within a day, with a full reimbursement. I have another order that was an oversight, but am confident that it will be resolved.
