I purchased two two-day reservations for Great Wolf Lodge in Anaheim, CA on July 23, [redacted]. After a message indicated my purchase didn't go through, I tried to update my payment method but was unable to change the reservation. Despite contacting Groupon and not receiving a response, I called Great Wolf Lodge, who didn't have any pending reservations under my name and offered to match Groupon's price, so I booked directly with them. My bank account was charged after the Groupon deal expired, and despite reaching out to Groupon, I haven't received a reply yet. I recently bought a Men's Athletic Full-Sleeve Shirt with Targeted Compression in Medium/Black. I am having difficulty returning the item as I am unable to locate the purchase in my account. Despite attempting to follow your return instructions, the item does not show up in my order history. I also sent an email on July 23, [redacted], expressing my frustration with the sizing and return process but have yet to receive a response. I am now considering disputing the charge with my credit card company due to the lack of efficient customer support. I recently purchased a product from Groupon. Unfortunately, the bass charger part of the item was defective. After contacting customer service, I was given a $5 Groupon voucher and informed that a replacement product was on the way. However, the new product arrived three weeks later and the bass charger still did not work. The light indicating charging turns on for a moment and then turns off, not actually charging. This has been a frustrating experience as I initially ordered the product nearly two months ago. To discover that the replacement also does not work after waiting so long is disappointing. I've tried to reach out for support through the Groupon app, but have been unable to leave an email or call back number. The live chat was also unavailable when I attempted to use it. This whole ordeal with Groupon has left me very dissatisfied.

I submitted an online form to Do2Doo for dry cleaning pick-up for the next morning. After waiting a week and contacting them, I was informed they don't pick up daily and had to wait another week. On the scheduled morning, I was notified by email about the pick-up time and that my desired items weren't covered by the Groupon deal, which wasn't specified in the terms. I rushed to replace my items and placed them out by 8:30 a.m. However, when I returned at noon, my dry cleaning was still untouched. After reaching out at 1:00 pm, I was informed the laundry should have been out by 9:00 a.m. instead of the 10:00 a.m. pick-up time stated in the email. I expressed my dissatisfaction and confusion, feeling like the service was not as advertised. I have all relevant emails for reference if required.

Good evening, I recently tried to buy 4 Sunset Cruise tickets from Clearwater for July 30th, [redacted], at 7:30 PM. After the purchase, I received a message that my order would be processed shortly, taking up to 2 hours. It's been over 3 hours, and I haven't received any updates. It was inconvenient as I had to drive 30 minutes to verify my order since I never got an email as promised. Upon reaching the cruise location, my order wasn't in the system, which was disappointing. I attempted to buy a Groupon, but after it said "getting your order ready," it didn't appear in my Groupons. I closed and reopened the app, but it still wasn't there. Thinking the order didn't go through, I tried again with a different card. This time, both showed up in my Groupon tab. Since I only need one, a Cosmopolitan magazine subscription expiring in October, could you please refund one? I haven't redeemed either voucher. There was a glitch while purchasing.

I accidentally purchased three Angelo Cleaning Service Groupons over a year ago. I used one two-hour service, but couldn't use the other two. After contacting Angelo and Vitals in Wilmington, DE, I was told I would receive a refund for the unused services, but I haven't seen it in my account yet. I'm disappointed as I have invested around $[redacted] in these Groupons and would like to use that money for other offers. I hope you can assist me in resolving this matter.

I recently purchased services from JM Salon in Waldwick, NJ, for the second time. However, when I attempted to use the service, I was informed it could only be used once and had to pay full price. I remember reading that the "face value" remains, so I called to make an appointment to pay the difference. I was told this was not possible. I would have canceled immediately if I had known. There is also a charge for "Rising Academy" on my account that I did not authorize. Both charges need to be refunded. All transactions were done through the Groupon app. I was informed that my emails are not linked to an account, despite my purchase history. There seems to be a glitch in the system. Please advise promptly as the JM Salon service expires soon on 8/4/19.

I purchased a haircut and full head of color from Jackie & Co. After a previous negative experience with a Groupon deal that required me to pay an extra £25 for color, I asked specifically about any additional charges when booking. I inquired about lightening my color and was reassured by the woman that there would be no extra cost, so I made the appointment. Upon arrival, I was informed that it would actually cost an extra £60, which was unaffordable for me. Unable to proceed with the color service, I also did not receive the haircut. This situation has led me to request a refund due to the miscommunication and unexpected extra charges. This experience has left me hesitant to purchase any future color deals from the salon.

During my recent two-night stay, my partner and I had to deal with a significant bee problem near the pool and bar area. Due to my allergies, we had to relocate. We informed a staff member, but no action was taken. Bees even got into our drinks. Additionally, we had to wait for over 45 minutes for fresh towels, with no updates until we inquired ourselves. Despite discussing these issues with Latonya Brook from the hotel, the response was underwhelming. It’s disappointing to face these challenges at a supposed four-star establishment during a brief visit. As I made the reservation through Groupon, I am requesting a refund for the inconveniences we experienced.

I received a call from someone at Groupon Headquarters regarding a refund for my Groupon purchase with the code LG-[redacted]-4HWB-JR4L-ZMLL for window tinting that expires on Aug 16. Unfortunately, the car I intended to use the Groupon for is no longer valid due to fraudulent activity at my bank. The customer service representative from Groupon promised to assist but put me on hold and never returned. I have been trying to reach out to Groupon's customer service phone number without success. Despite receiving follow-up emails from Cox email, I have not been able to get a resolution. I am quite frustrated with the lack of support. Hello there, I recently bought two Groupons for a '60-minute gold oxygen facial' at Lavish Looks in Campbellfield. I made a booking for myself and a friend on the Lavish Looks website on July 22nd. Unfortunately, when we arrived for our appointment on Wednesday, July 31st at 6 pm, the place was closed. I called the mobile number on the Groupon and was informed that they had no record of the booking and that they closed at 5 pm. I am requesting a refund for this purchase due to the inconvenience and confusion. I have encountered similar issues with Scoopon/Groupon in the past and am frustrated with this experience. Dear Groupon Customer Support, I recently purchased two Groupon vouchers, one for myself and one for my friend's family, for a Windsor duck tour. When attempting to book both vouchers for the same date and time, I encountered issues. Despite adjusting the booking to a different day, the purchase list shows it as being booked for August 1st, which is not the date I selected. I have reached out to Windsor duck tour via email, and they advised that Groupon handles the booking of both tours. Hello, I encountered an issue while trying to purchase a Brazilian waxing coupon from Red and White Spa last night. Initially, my coupon purchase was pending and then denied. After attempting the purchase again with the same outcome, I switched to my second Groupon account, [redacted] The purchase was successful, and I already used the coupon today. However, I recently received an email stating that the purchase on my first account, associated with [redacted], which was initially denied, has gone through. Since I already made the purchase with my other account and used the service, I am requesting a refund for the duplicate purchase as soon as possible. I have sent two emails today providing order number, tracking number, and all necessary details. I have been unable to receive assistance from Groupon's customer service line, and I am now seeking help from CEO Rich Williams. I have outlined my issues with a lost package and a warranty refund, as well as the lack of live customer support. I have reached out multiple times asking for credits, but my concerns remain unresolved. I have also written to the CEO detailing my frustrations with Groupon's help desk. On July 13th, I signed up for Groupon and bought two vouchers for IFLY in Austin. I got an email confirmation and voucher for the first booking on 8/3/19 at 09:30 for a birthday gift. Then, I booked another session on 8/6/19 at 15:30 and received the confirmation from Groupon as well. After an hour, I called IFLY to check the reservations. They only found the one for 8/6/19 but not for 8/3/19. Checking my bank account, I saw charges from Groupon for both dates. Despite reaching out to Groupon through emails and customer service, they claim it's IFLY's error. IFLY mentioned that Groupon was booking unavailable slots, affecting not just me but others too.

On July 13th, I signed up with Groupon and bought a coupon for IFLY in Austin for a birthday gift on September 3rd at 09:00 a.m. I received confirmation emails and vouchers from Groupon for this purchase. Later, I also got a voucher for another visit to IFLY on August 6th, again with confirmation from Groupon. When I contacted IFLY to confirm my bookings, they didn't have a record of the voucher for August 3rd but did for August 6th. I checked my bank statement and saw that Groupon charged me for both purchases. To ensure my daughter's birthday wasn't affected, I bought a new package from Groupon for August 3rd and that went through smoothly. Despite reaching out to Groupon's customer service through emails and calls for the past two weeks, I haven't been able to get a refund for the missing voucher. Groupon has claimed that the issue lies with IFLY, but IFLY insists that Groupon sold coupons for unavailable time slots. I've spent $[redacted] and feel like I've been scammed with no resolution in sight.

On July 18, [redacted], I bought (2) Adult 2-Day Go Boston Cards with Reservation ID [redacted] and (1) Child 2-Day Go Boston Card with Reservation ID [redacted]. I got to Boston on the 18th and tried to go to the Blue Man Show, but was told it wasn't included. The next day, July 19, I attempted to use the card at the Boston Duck Tours and was told it was invalid for a 2-day card, so I paid separately. After calling customer service and explaining the confusion on the website and my short stay, I requested a refund within 24 hours of purchase. The representative promised a full reimbursement within a week. It's now been 2 weeks since our conversation, and I'm still waiting for the refund. I scheduled a 1-hour full body massage at Blush Beauty through Groupon and paid £16.96, which included an extra discount. When I called to make an appointment, I was informed they were no longer accepting Groupon vouchers. I was advised to contact Groupon for a refund. Getting in touch with Groupon for the refund has been challenging. After calling a number, a robot mentioned a charge of £6, which left me dissatisfied. I am a regular Groupon customer and hope this issue gets resolved quickly and effectively so I can continue purchasing deals with them. Otherwise, I may have to stop buying vouchers.
