I purchased a voucher for ATS air conditioning recharge on ******* and my mother passed away on *******, i didn't get a chance to book the appointment for it before it expired on *******. I realise it was my fault, but given the circumstances, I would like to know if there's anything that can be done - I still want the product. Could it be extended or can I be refunded to purchase it again? (*****-******-******)

Groupon have been in touch to say, basically tough. The fine print blah blah. If I had contacted them before the expiry date, they could have helped me. If I had been able to do that, I could have booked the car in and I wouldn't have had the issue!! The voucher ended on **.*.** and I contacted them on *.*.** - so always use your vouchers folks. Not matter the circumstances.
