The issue in GetHuman-saratayl's own words
We bought * tickets for a Hop-On Hop-Off Trolley Tour of Nashville. When we showed up to be picked up by the trolley, nobody was there. We finally got someone on the phone who was VERY RUDE (even hung up on me!!! I had to call back!!!) and basically told us to get over it and we could try again tomorrow (which we can’t because our vacation is over and also the ticket says it’s only available for one day only). The Groupon ad didn’t include enough information. It didn’t say we had to meet at one specific spot to begin the tour. It said we could get on or off the trolley anywhere! It also didn’t mention anything about some sort of sticker that the lady on the phone insisted we needed? It made absolutely no sense. We ended up walking around Nashville for two hours, hot, sweaty, and distraught. Groupon really screwed us on this one and the rude customer service was just the cherry on top of a crappy sundae.... We just want a refund at this point. Not sure that I’ll ever use Groupon again.
GetHuman-saratayl did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
