I bought a Groupon deal for a powder dip fill at Salon Cosmetica. I used the Groupon on July 22, [redacted]. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the service I received. I tried reaching out to the owner, Mark, to discuss my concerns, but I never heard back from him. Today, I visited the salon in person and spoke to the individual who provided the service. I expressed my dissatisfaction and requested a refund for the Groupon purchase. She mentioned that I needed to speak to her Dad about the refund and took down my contact information. I explained that I had previously tried contacting them with no luck. I am asking for a refund because the service resulted in cuts on four of my fingers and there were uncovered spots on my nails after the powder dip. I believe she may need more practice with powder dip techniques. I would appreciate guidance on how to proceed as they have not been responsive.

On July 23, [redacted], I came across a Holidays offer to Pontins and felt it would be a great opportunity for my children. Despite being a Groupon customer, I had never previously purchased a holiday offer. When I attempted to pay, the process was not as simple as I expected. I was required to call a number starting with [redacted] to finalize my booking, which wasn't feasible for me as my mobile has a fixed credit limit and my home phone was out of order. Additionally, I received a coupon on my phone that disappeared or expired before midnight. My transaction took place after 8 pm, and it seems the deal expired within 4 hours. I respectfully request Groupon to issue a refund as I was unable to complete my booking due to the phone call requirement after payment. I feel disappointed by the situation and believe it is unfair to expect customers to make expensive calls after making a payment.

I purchased a Groupon for Giant Paintball advertised to save 53% for 5 players. However, upon contacting the venue, I discovered their walk-in package offered a better deal than what I paid through Groupon. Taking into account extra fees and exclusions, the total cost for 5 players would be $[redacted], $[redacted] more than the original Groupon price of $[redacted]. Their own package would have been $[redacted] including all necessary supplies, a $34 savings compared to the Groupon offer, plus an extra 1,[redacted] paintballs. This discrepancy does not reflect the advertised 53% savings promised by Groupon. Although I missed the 5-day refund window, I am seeking a refund due to what I see as misleading advertising. I value the deals on Groupon and often recommend them to others, so it's important to me to resolve this situation fairly.

I bought a voucher for a Niagara Falls tour but haven't used it. Customer service claimed I redeemed it, but after trying to book, the code shows as redeemed. I have a trip planned for tomorrow and no resolution. The vendor couldn't assist either. Feeling frustrated with the situation, I hope for a quick resolution.

I bought a Groupon for a white water rafting adventure with Club Raft in Montreal, Canada for 6 people. Despite paying CA$[redacted] for the Groupon and making a reservation, I couldn't redeem it at Club Raft due to a scanning issue. Even though my account was charged, the staff claimed the Groupon was corrupted and requested a new payment. I ended up paying twice and was advised to contact Groupon support for a refund on the invalid voucher. As a result, I am seeking a refund for the original Groupon purchase.

I purchased a Groupon for balayage highlights and a blow-dry at VEMedspa and Salon. When contacting for an appointment, I was informed of an additional $50 charge for toner which was unexpected. During the appointment, I was told about further charges for the necessary products, adding up to an extra $[redacted]. This information was not disclosed beforehand and I feel misled. Our experience with the Hop-On Hop-Off Trolley Tour of Nashville was very disappointing. Despite purchasing 3 tickets, we arrived at the designated pick-up spot to find no trolley in sight. After finally reaching someone by phone, we encountered extremely rude customer service. The lack of clear information on the Groupon deal led to further confusion. We were never informed about the specific meeting point or the need for a sticker mentioned by the staff. As a result, we wasted time walking around Nashville feeling frustrated and let down. We simply seek a refund after this terrible ordeal and may reconsider using Groupon in the future.

Hello Groupon, I recently bought a jet skiing experience in Tenerife South for my brother's birthday. I used my mom's card for payment and received a designated time for the activity. However, upon arriving at the jet skiing location, the company informed me that the transaction was pending, even though £80 had already been deducted from the account. To resolve the issue, I paid in cash. Subsequently, I contacted the bank to stop the pending transaction as the money had been deducted, but the voucher arrived late. Since we no longer require the vouchers, I need your help to authorize the cancellation of the transaction with the bank for a refund. I tried to buy a Jiffy Lube oil change service as a gift through Groupon. I've never had issues with Groupon before, so I tried multiple times. Unfortunately, the recipient's email was wrong. Even though my American Express card was charged $55.98, I now need to dispute this charge with them. Groupon hasn't been responsive to my attempts to address this issue.

On July 23, [redacted], I spoke with a customer service representative regarding potential questionable content on Groupon's site and requested a call back from a supervisor, which I have recorded. Before that, I had online chats with two other Groupon representatives who said they would follow up but abruptly ended the chats, and I have these chat transcripts saved. Groupon called me at 10:02 p.m. (EDT) and despite promptly answering, the call was disconnected after hearing background noise. Groupon then sent an email the next day claiming I was unavailable for the call. I am seeking to speak with a Groupon supervisor or at the very least, to obtain an email address to send my report, which I plan to share publicly if I do not receive a genuine call from a Groupon supervisor.

A couple of months ago, my girlfriend and I booked a tour to the Statue of Liberty for $57.00 per person, totaling $[redacted].00. However, when I saw a charge of $[redacted].00 from Groupon on my bank statement, I was alarmed. I spoke to the tour guide, who couldn't refund the extra charges, advising me to contact Groupon instead. When my girlfriend contacted Groupon, they refused to refund the additional $[redacted].00, citing company policy. Despite explaining we only booked for two people, they insisted on keeping the extra money or offering vouchers for future use. Dissatisfied with this double charge, I plan to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and publicize Groupon's actions. I am frustrated with the lack of response from JLJ Med Spa regarding my recent experience. Despite having paid for 2 injections, I was turned away upon arrival because of a past history of cancer, something that has never been an issue before. The staff's refusal to listen to my explanation was both unprofessional and disheartening. I have been trying to address this for weeks now, with no success. As a long-time customer, I expect better treatment. If I do not receive a refund soon, I will have to escalate this matter further.

Good afternoon, I bought a Groupon for Ichiro Hibachi, but when I went there, they refused to honor it after I used it. They charged the full meal amount to my card without the discount. Additionally, their menu mentioned an 18% gratuity, but they charged 20% in reality. It was a terrible experience overall. They even gave the wrong amount of change to another table. This bad billing experience at the West Hartford location has made me never want to return, even though I had a good experience at the Trumbull location. Thank you for your help. - Kyle

My order from 7/17 has not yet arrived, which is frustrating. On this occasion, and in general, I have concerns. I expected to have the package within 10 days since it's nearby, but it's been sitting in Avenel for 6 days now. I make similar orders a few times each month, and it appears there might be an issue at the Avenel, NJ facility. Each time, I'm provided with an estimated delivery date by DHL, only to receive notifications of 24-48 hour delays, which has happened all but once. This current delay is unacceptable, with the package remaining stagnant for 5 days or more. I'm uncertain if the problem lies with DHL or USPS, but it seems to originate from DHL and specifically their Avenel location. I'm also tired of receiving messages about delays; I just want to receive my order from the 17th, which marks the 11th day without delivery.

I bought a Groupon for my daughter and myself from Gem City Beauty for a 30-minute facial and massage. Initially, they said we couldn't go together, so my daughter made an appointment for herself on Sunday at 6:30 p.m. Unfortunately, despite arriving just a few minutes late at 6:34 p.m., they claimed her appointment was canceled. The lady she spoke to was rude and unhelpful, insisting she could only rebook for Tuesday, which doesn't work for my daughter due to work commitments. The lady then went as far as canceling her Groupon. This experience has left both of us feeling uncomfortable and dissatisfied. I am now requesting a refund for the two packages I purchased. I attempted to purchase a Groupon for facials at a spa and called ahead to confirm their acceptance of Groupons. They assured me they did. I scheduled an appointment for my mother's birthday on July 28th, [redacted] at 10am. However, upon arrival, they had no record of our appointment. The staff then offered an alternative time but later retracted it, leaving us without a booking. Their unprofessionalism ruined my mother's birthday. I had scheduled a hair appointment at Salon Cosmetica using a Groupon and also added a pedicure. I inquired about a powder dip fill with the Groupon. Despite the hair and pedicure being satisfactory, the nail service was not up to standard. After being asked to return for touch-ups, I ended up delayed once more. I reached out to the owner about the poor service, but did not receive a callback. Following a review I posted, the owner referenced a discount given. The service, conducted by the owner's daughter, Alieheah, was disappointing. Despite trying to address the issue in person, the owner was unavailable, and his daughter directed me back to him. Despite leaving a message for the owner, I never heard back. I am seeking a refund for the unsatisfactory powder dip fill service. If Groupon could contact me at [redacted], I would appreciate it.

On July 26th, I purchased tickets for Busch Gardens. However, when I tried to print them through the app, it showed that they were already redeemed when I had not done so. On Friday, July 26th around 10 pm, I attempted to print the tickets but the app claimed they were used when it was impossible as I was still in the purchasing process. The barcode on the printed tickets was also incomplete, making them unusable. Despite seeking help, customer service couldn't assist me, leading me to purchase new tickets for $93.98 to visit Busch Gardens on the 27th with a friend.
