I purchased a voucher for a gel manicure and regular pedicure at Basil Bailey Salon in Memphis, TN. After scheduling an appointment for Saturday at 2 pm, I arrived at the salon to find it closed, despite their online listing indicating they were open. I tried calling, but received no response. I am disappointed by the lack of communication and professionalism displayed by the salon. Unfortunately, the return policy window for Groupon has passed, but I am seeking a refund due to this unsatisfactory experience.

Hello, I am reaching out regarding a recent experience with a Groupon purchase. Earlier this year, my partner and I bought a Groupon for a couples massage at Best Estie Day Spa. Unfortunately, when we tried to redeem it, the provider mentioned that they would not honor it due to our previous visit to the spa. I contacted Groupon for assistance, and they assured me that the amount paid would be credited for future use. However, despite this promise, the credit never appeared in my account. We were informed we could exchange the Groupon for another offer, but nothing suitable was available at the time. Consequently, we received notifications of the massage coupon's impending expiry, with reassurances that the credit would remain valid. After checking my Groupon account recently, I discovered the coupon had lapsed without receiving the promised credit. I observed a record claiming we redeemed the Groupon the day before it expired, which was inaccurate. This situation is concerning as we invested $99 in the coupon and expected the credited amount. On July 21, I purchased a mattress set from Groupon and used my American Express card for payment. Unfortunately, AmEx initially declined the payment, suspecting it to be fraudulent. I bought a voucher from Groupon for 8 sessions of 3D Lipo Fat Cavitation treatments at JS Pink Lady. During my first session on 5/07/[redacted], I only received one part of the session instead of two. They suggested I do the parts separately. After attempting to schedule another appointment for a week without any response, I was finally contacted on 17/07/[redacted], but after giving my preferred date and time, I didn't hear back. I bought a Groupon voucher for the Paint Boire Paint and Sip event with order number: [redacted], which is expiring on July 28, [redacted]. I had made a reservation at Rocky's Bar on [redacted] W. 34th Street for Saturday, July 20, [redacted], as part of my family member's visit. Unfortunately, upon arriving at 6:45 PM via Uber, we discovered that the event was unexpectedly canceled. I found an email notification sent at 2:30 PM on July 20th stating that the artist had fallen ill. I am disappointed by this situation, as the cancellation occurred mere hours before the scheduled time, violating the 24-hour notice rule mentioned for customer cancellations. Rather than rescheduling, I am requesting a refund for the voucher tickets. This experience has caused significant inconvenience and time wastage. I purchased five 3-day tickets for Busch Gardens parks. I used one ticket on the 18th at Adventure Island, but when I tried to use the others at Busch Gardens on the 19th, I was told they were already used. After a frustrating wait, they eventually provided me with day passes, causing us distress. We had limited time left and only managed to go on 2 rides. I've been reaching out to Groupon via email and chat with no luck. We were unable to use our tickets for SeaWorld as well. At this point, a full refund would be appreciated as this has greatly affected our vacation. I've spent hours trying to resolve this, causing a disruption to our plans. I have proof from the Busch Gardens computer on the 19th that I only used the tickets at Adventure Island. If needed, I can share the screenshot via email.

I purchased two Groupons for Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center at different locations, assuming it would be acceptable. However, during my Botox appointment, I was informed they would not honor the deal and instead charge me full price. Despite their initial assurance, they threatened me with a cancellation fee when I couldn't afford the regular price. After escalating the issue, the manager promised a refund, which I have yet to receive. The amount exceeds $[redacted], and the deadline for using it is July 27th, coinciding with my birthday. Despite numerous attempts, contacting Groupon directly has been unsuccessful in resolving this matter.

We purchased a Groupon deal for Ocean Breeze Hotel in Lincoln City for July 18th and 19th. However, upon arrival, we were shocked by the condition of the hotel. The place was dirty, with garbage scattered around. Even the breakfast area had leftover cereal from the morning when we arrived in the late afternoon. When we saw the room, it was old, smelly, and unsuitable due to my allergies. As seniors, we found the situation to be unacceptable. Although we approached the staff, we were informed that since we booked through Groupon, they couldn't issue a refund. We ended up finding a much better and more affordable room across the street with an ocean view. We kindly request a refund, as we are unable to bear the cost of an unusable stay. My daughter gifted me a Groupon for a massage from Massage Advantage last Christmas. I encountered delays booking the appointment and had to sign up for their group to finalize it. Providing my Visa Debit card details, I agreed to no charges for 6 months. Despite only going for the massage in June [redacted], they've been deducting $4.99 monthly, recently even today. I've tried canceling the membership over 3 times via phone and online but received no response. I value my money and feel they wrongfully controlled my account. I'm dissatisfied with their unauthorized charges and want a refund for the payments taken without my consent. Though the massage was enjoyable, their procedures and unauthorized account access have left me disappointed.

Hello, I have been trying to contact the customer service team through emails and calls repeatedly but have not received a response. I need assistance with my recent orders. I ordered 3 dinners for 4 and an eyebrow wax 3 times, but I was incorrectly charged for 6 dinners for 4. Additionally, there were errors with orders that I cancelled, where I was charged for items I did not receive. There seems to be a recurring issue dating back to [redacted] with overcharges on past purchases as well. Despite my efforts to rectify these mistakes over the past month, I have not been successful. I'm having trouble accessing my email account. I've attempted multiple times with no success. My email addresses are [redacted] and [redacted] I am Stacey Dolan, with the account number #[redacted], residing at [redacted] Landau Blvd, Cathedral City, CA [redacted]. In early May, I purchased two coupons for my birthday, but due to surgeries, one has expired. I contacted the company regarding a procedure, but was informed they do not offer it. I'm unsure if the coupon truly expired, but if it did, I'd like to discuss transferring the funds to another company. Additionally, I cannot recall the name of the second coupon company. I bought a Groupon for a ghost tour in Charleston for my upcoming trip. I tried to book tickets by calling the tour line but received no response. Even though I left a voicemail, I didn't hear back. When I visited for the tour, they said my ticket wasn't booked and they were full. Speaking to the main office didn't help as they were unapologetic. I'm disappointed with both Groupon and the business. I might write a review about this experience.

Yesterday, I attempted to purchase San Diego Go cards for my children and myself through Groupon. While browsing, I selected the cards and intended to sort through my cart later. However, upon reaching the checkout, I discovered my cart was empty. Despite this, I proceeded to enter my card details. Unfortunately, the pin code was not accepted, leading me to believe there was an issue with my card. As I tried different cards due to a postcode error, I also realized I couldn't view what I was purchasing since my cart was empty. After checking my email later, I found multiple transactions had gone through. I only needed two 2-day child San Diego Go passes but ended up paying for additional passes. I purchased a voucher for an Iceland trip in March as a Christmas gift for my parents. Unfortunately, their flight from Boston to Iceland was canceled due to a delay caused by WOW Air declaring bankruptcy. I contacted your customer service and was advised to cancel the trip. After expressing my disappointment on Twitter, a supervisor reached out to me. Despite having travel insurance, the reimbursement from the insurance company is only $[redacted] out of the $[redacted] total trip cost. I am frustrated as I believed the insurance would cover unforeseen circumstances like this. Following the supervisor's advice, I am reaching out to you in hopes that this issue can be resolved. I used my Groupon voucher for a haircut but noticed my coupons were refunded instead. I paid $70 in cash to the salon stylist and have not received a refund in my checking account. I purchased the haircut coupons for Tide at Rico Donna in Brea, California. Please return the $70 that was debited on the 10th back to my account. The refund is not reflecting in my checking account. I already paid the stylist in cash, so I am seeking a refund. Thank you.
