I recently purchased two car detailing deals within a day of each other. One was from Badabing Auto Detailing, and the other was from Prime Transformations with an expiration date of July 25, [redacted]. During my vacation from June 28 to July 6, [redacted], I used the Badabing deal as it was expiring sooner than the Prime Transformations deal. However, upon checking today to schedule an appointment with Prime Transformations, I noticed that the usable dates were mixed up by Groupon, showing that I used the Prime deal on June 7, [redacted]. I was informed via phone recording that Groupon was no longer collaborating with Prime Transformations and that they would refund the amount I paid to Groupon. Despite receiving an email or call inquiring about my experience with Badabing, I found the service satisfactory for the price, though it had some shortcomings like not fully removing dirt and bugs from the car. Now, the main concern is that the credit for the service seems to have been attributed to the wrong company, and I am seeking a refund of $79.00 for the confusion and inconvenience.

I purchased four Kane County Cougar tickets for $9 each, totaling $36. I received a confirmation email from Groupon, but when I tried to redeem the order through the app, it showed that I had no available vouchers. I checked my bank account, and the payment had been processed. Despite reaching out to Groupon multiple times, the issue remains unresolved. Unfortunately, my past experience with Groupon five years ago was also negative. I am frustrated and disappointed with the lack of transparency and service from Groupon. I would appreciate a prompt refund to alleviate the stress caused by this situation. Thank you.

I recently bought a Groupon for a Build A Head. I tried to order but the transaction failed. After checking, I realized my voucher was marked as redeemed. I contacted live support, but they requested a voucher number I didn't have. They suggested I contact Groupon's Customer Service. Later, I received an email explaining a connection issue during the credit card transaction. They offered to send an invoice. I'm unsure about how an invoice will help, but I need to make this purchase soon.

Dear Support Team, I am reaching out regarding some expired Groupons that I have encountered. I had purchased a Groupon for a facial at Ritual Skin Care which expired on 9/1/13. Unfortunately, due to circumstances, I was unable to schedule an appointment. Upon checking, Google indicated that the business was closed, which led me to believe I had lost $45. However, after reaching out, I discovered that the business was still operating. Although your site showed a refund had been issued, I have not received it yet. Additionally, I have three other Groupons that I could not use prior to their expiration: $12.00 for THAI Bamboo, $30.00 for Cryopathy, and $30.00 for Pure Skin. Even though it shows that I used the Pure Skin Groupon on April 25, [redacted], I did not redeem it as I was recovering from knee surgery. I have contacted the businesses regarding these issues. I would appreciate it if you could refund three out of the four Groupons in my account. Sondi at Ritual Skin Care has assured me that my Groupon will be honored. As such, I no longer require the Groupon for Pure Skin. Given the age of these Groupons, I kindly ask for your understanding and assistance in this matter. Unfortunately, Joanne had to leave early to Ohio due to her mother's illness, and Janice is scheduled for back surgery on July 25, [redacted]. Hello, I've sent an email and called Groupon multiple times since Monday. Finally, I received a response, but now the Groupon I was struggling with is sold out, creating a complication for me. Despite updating my card information after the initial warning, the system failed to recognize it, which led me to contact you. I had already reserved a parking service for next week based on the Groupon I purchased. I assumed my calls and emails would be addressed before it sold out. I urgently need a call as email responses are slow, and I need to rectify this issue promptly, as it was not my mistake. I would like a refund for two unused Groupons. I have been trying to contact them for a refund without success. Their phone number directs me online where the information is incorrect. The chat support pretended to help but didn't resolve my issue. It has been over 30 minutes, and they claimed to have refunded one Groupon, but I see no credit in my account. It seems like lies. I recommend reaching out to the company where you bought the Groupon with to see if they can honor the cash portion. They may not give you the value of the Groupon but should compensate you for the cash paid.

I recently received a body wrap and facial from TW Rejuvenation in Bakersfield, CA, which is actually at FitZone. Initially, the owner asked for our voucher numbers the day before our appointment. Though we felt uneasy when she redeemed them beforehand, the services were provided as scheduled. However, during the facial, I was informed that she was not a licensed esthetician and the service did not meet professional standards. The body wrap experience was also disappointing as she did not follow the correct procedures, causing me to feel unwell afterward. Despite paying $60, my friend and I left feeling unsatisfied and out of pocket. This experience has left me hesitant to use Groupon again in the future.

I experienced violence and extortion during a recent move. When the movers arrived, they only completed half of the job but then demanded an additional $[redacted] to finish unloading the truck. They refused to continue unless the extra payment was made, in addition to the $[redacted] voucher I had already purchased.

I bought a Groupon for eyelash extensions at Marvelous Minx but have been unsuccessful in scheduling an appointment to use it. Despite leaving messages when calling, I never received a call back until today. Unfortunately, when I tried to book, they refused to honor my Groupon and advised me to seek a refund from Groupon. I purchased Laser fungal removal for both feet on Groupon from Foot Doctor of the East Bay in Pleasanton. Despite leaving 4 voicemails this week requesting an appointment, I have not received a response. I noticed another Groupon deal for toenail fungus removal laser at West Coast Foot Laser in San Jose on Saratoga Ave. I would like to transfer my order from Foot Doctor of the East Bay to West Coast Foot Laser in San Jose, as they offer the same service for the same price. Kindly confirm this change, as San Jose is more convenient for me than Pleasanton, especially considering the lack of response from the previous provider. Thank you, Melvin D.

I bought a voucher for Vilka Bistro in Pittsburgh, PA on June 3, [redacted]. Unfortunately, the restaurant closed down before I could use the voucher, and it has only been less than 2 months since I purchased it. I got the voucher from Groupon, but Local Flavor could not assist me and referred me to Groupon's customer support. However, reaching Groupon's customer support seems impossible. I paid $10 for the Local Flavor voucher on Groupon, and as per the Local Flavor terms of service, they should refund or provide a credit for any unused voucher if the merchant goes out of business before honoring it. I believe Groupon should honor Local Flavor's terms since the restaurant shut down. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

I recently purchased a Groupon deal for an oil change at Jiffy Lube. After visiting the service center, I was disappointed to find out that they did not perform all the tasks as outlined in the Groupon. Despite the promise to top off various fluids and provide additional services like cleaning the windshield and vacuuming the vehicle, none of these were carried out. I even brought my own filter, which they didn't use to save money. To add to the frustration, they switched the oil from synthetic to conventional without my consent, raising concerns about potential harm to my vehicle. I stayed during the service and noticed the lack of attention to detail, but my concerns were brushed off as they were closing. I believe I am owed a full refund for the incomplete and improper service provided. It's disheartening to experience such discrepancies and it raises doubts about the reliability of Groupon deals. I scheduled a 90-minute lesson at Buttercup Stables Horse and Trekking, but unfortunately, the place was not signposted well, so I arrived about 6 minutes late. The postcode took us to the fishery instead of the stables. After finally locating the reception, the staff informed us that we were too late for the 10 a.m. session, despite the fine print stating a 15-minute early arrival requirement, not 30. We tried to call ahead to confirm due to weather conditions but received no response. The staff was unhelpful and insisted we rebook through Groupon. I feel disappointed and disrespected by their attitude and would like a refund rather than returning.

The service provider did not arrive on time and began working without notifying us. When I addressed them, they immediately tried to upsell additional services at an unreasonable price. After stepping away briefly, I returned to find they had abruptly left without completing the job or cleaning up, leaving a mess on our porch. Subsequently, we hired another company to finish the gutter work and discovered a whole section untouched. This forced us to hire yet another company to rectify the situation. The original service team's hasty and incomplete work included leaving a garbage bag hanging from the gutter with trash in it, and they were only on-site for about 15 minutes. This inadequate service is disappointing, and we are seeking a refund due to the need to hire additional help to properly clean the gutters.

Today, I bought a Groupon for a full set of eyelash extensions. I had an appointment scheduled for 10 a.m. I arrived early, but the technician forgot about my appointment, making me wait an extra hour. I clearly stated I wanted a natural look, but during application, she used harsh glue that caused my eyes to burn and glue shut. She didn't use an eye protectant strip as she should have. Additionally, she asked for an extra $3 at the end of the appointment, claiming Groupon didn't pay her enough. I paid, but I'm extremely dissatisfied with the unprofessional service. I am seeking a refund due to the poor experience suffered.

I purchased a couples massage at Bao Spa in Kissimmee, Florida. I booked an appointment for 12:30 on Saturday, July 20. Upon arrival, we were met with disrespect from the spa staff. Our appointment had been given away, and we were asked to return in three hours, which was not feasible for us. Despite requesting a refund through Groupon, we were left waiting for half an hour with no resolution. Eventually, at 1 pm, we were told to go into separate rooms but were left waiting for another 15 minutes. When a worker finally arrived at 1:20, they suggested doing the massages separately, which was not what we had paid for. I no longer trust the spa to contact Groupon for a refund after multiple untruths. I am disappointed with this experience and seek a refund as I do not plan to return to Bao Spa.

I have tried to contact you multiple times regarding my issue without receiving a response. I have been a loyal customer for years, and I recently requested two refunds from JIJ Med Spa. Despite having had multiple injections and fillers in the past without any problems, I was told they needed a doctor's clearance for my appointments due to my history with cancer. The person I spoke to was rude and continuously interrupted me when I tried to explain that my primary care physician had always been aware of my injections without any issues. I am requesting a full refund as I do not plan on returning to their facility. I have left numerous messages that were not returned promptly, and it took a considerable amount of time to secure an appointment. I recently purchased 2 injections and Botox from JLJ Med Spa, but upon arrival, they refused to administer the injections due to my past cancer history and requested clearance from my doctor. Despite having received Botox and fillers in the past through Groupon without any issues, the staff member I spoke with was rude and did not listen to my explanations. My primary care physician was aware of my injections and had no concerns. I have also tried contacting JLJ to schedule an appointment but only reached their voicemail and did not receive any call backs until later. I am requesting a full refund from JLJ as I have had injections in the past without any incidents, as shown on my Groupon history.
