I ordered a carpet cleaning Groupon from Across Time carpet cleaning and communicated with the owner several times even going out of my way to ensure I communicated with him as he told me to. He told me to send him a text as soon as I needed to get the carpets cleaned as he could get in that day or the next. I sent him a text on Monday, July **th stating that i wanted to have my carpets cleaned on Wednesday (today) and he scheduled a time of *pm. I took the afternoon off and waited for them to arrive. At *:** I sent something asking if they were still on their way. They said that yes, they had been detained but were still on the way. At *pm I called and got voicemail. Asked for a timeframe. I never got a call back. At *:** I called back and told them that I wanted a refund of my $***. I never received a response. Then I sent a text stating what I had stated on the voicemail and suddenly I received a text back. I was offered another timeframe but I'm not about to take yet another day off and have them not show up again.
