On July **, ****, I spoke to Olga M in regards to an order I placed and I asked for the order to be canceled, a few minutes after I placed the order. Olga M via email asked which option would I prefer and I told her option *, which stated, refund. Olga M, then made mention that the refund would take a few days to be credited to my account. I stated, I understand and that would be fine. The item was yet pending as we spoke, but soon after our conversation, the item hit my account. I sent Olga M another email asking if my order was cancel. I also asked, if you could tell me when she canceled my order, so I can have an idea to expect my account to be credited. I have yet to receive a response from Olga M and my account as not been credited. I also checked my Groupon Account and the item is yet present and does not show any indications of being refunded.**Your assistance with rectifying this matter will be greatly appreciated.**My name is: Karen. I sent an email explaining my situation and provided the name and date of my conversation with one of their reps. Once they had the opportunity to verify my information, they were more than willing to assist me.
