Hello, I noticed an unauthorized charge on my account for a Groupon that I did not purchase. Yesterday, while checking the details of a Groupon, I received a payment notification, which I found strange as I did not make any purchases. Ignoring it, I woke up today to discover that a Groupon was bought and charged to my account. I am requesting an immediate refund as I did not make the purchase.

I have not been able to get in touch with Alysse since we canceled our appointment in June. Despite her text saying she could only do weekends due to a new full-time job, she hasn't rescheduled our meeting. I am open to weekends but she hasn't returned any of my calls or texts. Dealing with this GROUPON has been exhausting and stressful for me. I would like a refund or credit for another GROUPON. I do not recommend Alysse to others due to her unprofessional behavior of not rescheduling or communicating after multiple attempts from my end. Thank you, Gigi B. Hello, my name is Martha Reyna. In March [redacted], my family and I bought 8 tickets for Catalina Island flyers in CA. We planned to visit on our last day in CA after traveling from UT. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we were informed that the boat to Catalina Island was canceled due to mechanical issues. We went to Long Beach as suggested, but there were no boats available for a return trip that same day. Although there were boats to the island, they couldn't bring us back, so we couldn't use them. My sister, Susana Mora, made the ticket purchase with her credit card but using my email account ([redacted]). Susana has been attempting to get a refund through email with no success as it was made under my email. I have also sent various emails, authorizing Susana and yourselves to proceed with the necessary actions, but have not received any responses. I've attempted to reset my password five times, but it seems to be a never-ending cycle. After receiving an email stating that my password has been reset, I click the button to set my password but immediately get prompted to input a new one without receiving any instructions. This issue occurred last year as well, preventing me from utilizing my Groupon for Sharkarosa Wild Life Ranch for four people which is now close to expiring. Hello! In December of last year, I purchased an iSunnao Bluetooth receiver as a gift. Unfortunately, the package did not arrive by Christmas. I assumed it was delayed and didn't worry much. When I checked in April, I discovered it was sent back to the post office in January because I had not picked it up within the 15-day window. Since I never received the product, I'm wondering if it's possible to get a refund or credit on Groupon. I apologize for the delay in addressing this matter; only recently did I return to town and have the opportunity to look into the situation.

I am Iris J. I recently purchased a rug through a Groupon email and noticed that there was a mistake in the email address for the confirmation. My correct email for offers is [redacted], but in the confirmation, it was sent to [redacted] with a misspelling. I tried to correct it but was unable to do so. I haven't received a confirmation for the rug purchase, even though all the information was correct when I made the purchase. This has left me feeling confused.

Hello, I recently finished assembling the Charles TV cabinet that I received. The advertisement clearly stated that it was compatible with up to 48-inch TVs, but unfortunately, my 40-inch TV does not fit on it. Additionally, I opted for LED lights assuming they would be mains electric as with previous orders, but this time they came with a battery pack, which was disappointing given the additional cost. Although the assembled cabinet looks great, it is not functional for me. To address this issue, I am requesting a mains electric LED clip light kit to be provided and I will also need to wall mount my TV now. I am also seeking a 50% refund for the inconvenience caused. This is the second time I've encountered issues with my knee compression sleeves orders. I am frustrated and simply want to receive the correct merchandise at my listed address. The first order was completely incorrect and attempts to reach customer service were unsuccessful. My second order, placed on July 5, has not arrived, despite the payment already being deducted from my card. I rely on these knee compressions for mobility, and their absence is hindering me. I have attempted to reach out for support previously with no response. Should I escalate this matter to the Better Business Bureau? Hello, I am Chiyunga Chiyrabi and I would like to cancel orders [redacted] and [redacted]. These are duplicated Groupon purchases for an oil change that were charged twice on my debit card, resulting in a negative balance. Although the initial charge was declined, it went through eventually. I have not used the vouchers and no longer need them, so I seek a prompt resolution to reverse the duplicate charges.

On 4/29/[redacted], I accidentally purchased Pure Barre in Wheaton for $64 while swiping through my apps. The agent mentioned it's a common issue. Despite sending multiple messages requesting a refund and chatting with a customer service coordinator online who assured me it was being handled, I haven't received the refund yet. I visited BRC Day Spa on Sunday, July 14, and had an unpleasant time. The sauna I wanted to use was closed for cleaning all day. The other saunas were dirty with towels all over the place, making them unusable. When I tried to go in the pool, I found a band-aid and lots of hair, which made me leave right away. Although there were signs about children not being allowed in certain areas, there were kids there. The staff member at the front desk was rude when I voiced my concerns and asked for a refund, even though I had been there before without any issues.

I purchased this less than an hour ago. I did not realize I had other Groupons I could apply and do not need this. something else came up, so I don't need this Groupon, so please refund Order #: [redacted]. I received a Groupon voucher for a birthday massage but when I called to schedule, they only had availability after my voucher expired. The staff at Oasis Acupuncture and Total Wellness mentioned I needed to contact Groupon to extend it but then insisted on booking for a date beyond the expiration without extending it. I hired Mo Better Under Pressure to pressure wash my deck, but they didn't show up for the appointment. Despite numerous attempts to reach them via phone calls and messages, they have not responded. The initial appointment was scheduled for July 8th, but they have been unresponsive since. I am very disappointed with this Groupon deal and would like a refund. My name is Bonnie Hayburn. I ordered the Check My Body Health test on 5/1/19 through Group On with the redemption code: XBHSSPFXDG. I sent my hair samples in, but when I contacted the company via live chat, they couldn't find my details. They asked me to resubmit my information on their submission form. After trying to resubmit, I received a message that my redemption code was invalid. The company suggested contacting Group On as the code might be expired. Despite sending an email to the business, I have not received any response. I am unable to schedule the massages as per the voucher instructions, and they are close to expiring. I would like to transfer both vouchers to Lotus Yoga & Health Spa in Avon Lake, OH, as they offer services of similar value. I purchased a Groupon massage for my mom's birthday. Today, I contacted the spa to schedule the appointment and requested an extension on the voucher, as stated on the Groupon certificate. The owner informed me she couldn't extend the voucher and that I should contact Groupon for it. Despite having only two days left, she could only book me in for August 20th. I reluctantly accepted this date and mentioned contacting Groupon for an extension. The owner then agreed to honor the voucher but requested a credit card in case of a no-show charge, which was unexpected based on my previous Groupon experiences. I am seeking assistance as I either want a refund or to apply the payment to another location. I bought a total of 5 vouchers (4+1 after miscounting) on 6/26/19 for Medieval Times in Baltimore, MD. Encountered issues redeeming them due to internet problems. Accidentally marked 2 vouchers as "redeemed" on Groupon before making a reservation for Sunday, August 4th. Lost access to those 2 codes. Paid for 5 vouchers but only have reservations for 3. Was promised a fix by customer service but no progress in 3 weeks. Frustrated that Groupon no longer offers phone support. Currently, I have redeemed vouchers for August 4th with codes: LG-P39S-JNHZ-R393-XYR1, LG-G7YG-6Z65-43T9-NKXB, LG-W64F-T3WK-774W-R7B2. Need help resolving this to finalize my party reservation. I purchased the Canada Golfcard deal which required me to buy two for $89 instead of just one, which I found frustrating. I expected that after redeeming it, an 8-digit registration code would be provided, but the instructions were unclear. Instead of the expected numerical code, only an 8-letter voucher code was given, which did not work when I tried to enter it. Upon redeeming the voucher, the code disappeared, along with my opportunity to get the Golfcard. I am very disappointed and no longer interested in the card. I believe it would be best for Groupon to refund the purchase of all the golf cards, and I would prefer to buy directly from the Canada Golfcard site even if it is slightly more expensive, to avoid the confusion of having to buy two when I only need one.
