Good morning, I have tried to obtain a refund for a purchase I made in May ****. *I paid for the Journey by Faith Walk in Savanah GA on Friday, May **, ****. According to my checking account, the money was deducted from my checking account on May **th. Later that day, and upon arrival for the tour, I found out that the Journey by Faith Walk runs tours Monday through Thursday. I sent a message to chat with a Groupon Representative about refunding my money who said the money would be refunded within five business days. I have not received a refund, how do I start the process to obtain the money for a service I did not receive? I have documentation that the $** fee was deducted from my account. According to the representative, my card declined payment, but Groupon received payment. I want a refund and I will submit documentation of the payment you received. My bank supplied me with a print out of my account that reflects the Groupon deduction. How do I initiate a refund for services I did not receive in Savannah GA on May **, ****?*I hope to hear from a representative about this customer service issue.*Thank you
