Greetings! *In December of this past year, I ordered a ISunnao Bluetooth receiver as a present for a family member. Come Christmas time the order did not arrive. Thinking it was merely delayed I was not very concerned. However, due to having to getting back to University, I didn't check back on its progress until April of this year. After reading the fine print it appears the package was delivered to my local post office, but due to me never picking it up it was sent back after ** days (January). Seeing as I never received the product, is there anyway I would be able to receive a refund or a credit on groupon of some kind? I realize my response is a bit dealyed, but I only came into town recently and so have not looked into the issue until now.
