I am writing to address an unauthorized purchase made on my bank account through Groupon. I did not order this item nor did I authorize any charges. After contacting Groupon about this mistake, I was instructed to refuse the delivery of the package, which I did. However, despite Groupon receiving the package back, the issue remains unresolved with no refund issued. I am disappointed with this lack of response and would appreciate a prompt resolution from Groupon. I expect a refund for the unauthorized transaction. I purchased a Groupon for a facial and massage at Massage Heights in Strongsville, Ohio on March 16, [redacted], for $[redacted]. When I tried to redeem it before it expired in July [redacted], I was informed that I couldn't use it because I had used a similar one within six months. They advised me to seek a refund as they couldn't honor the service. I can't locate the Groupon voucher and need assistance in retrieving it to proceed with the refund request. I am frustrated because I bought a voucher for 2 tickets to a comedy show at Cracker's Comedy Club in Indianapolis through Groupon. I entered my sister's name as the ticket holder to surprise her, but when she arrived at the club, she couldn't use the Groupon because her name wasn't on the voucher. The club suggested this is a common issue on Groupon's end. I am worried about a second set of tickets I purchased for my parents, as I listed my father as the ticket holder. I want to ensure their entry by having the voucher show his name or be sent as a gift.

When I tried to schedule the appointment, they refused to accept my Groupon because I had used one within six months before. I recently visited Regional Chiropractic Center in Lake Norman and encountered some issues regarding my Groupon. When booking the appointment, they initially informed me that I didn't need the certificate since I had used one previously. However, upon arrival, they insisted on seeing it, which I couldn't access on my phone. They deducted the time it took to retrieve the certificate from my massage and mentioned a $45 fee for rescheduling. Furthermore, despite my preference for a female therapist noted in my file, a male therapist was assigned to me. I purchased the massage in April under the name of Nancy S. and possibly with the email [redacted] or an alternative I'm uncertain of. I'd like a refund for the unused massage session.

I recently visited the Regional Chiropractic Center in Lake Norman to redeem a Groupon for 2 90-minute massages. During my second visit, I was informed that I needed the physical certificate despite providing it already for the first massage. Unfortunately, I couldn't locate the certificate on my phone, and time spent searching was deducted from my massage. Additionally, my preference for a female masseuse was noted in my file, but I was scheduled with a male therapist. Due to these inconveniences, I am seeking a refund for the second Groupon. I purchased a package from Groupon for WeightLoss MD in San Diego. The total was $40, debited from my account on June 23, [redacted]. I bought a Groupon deal for lash extensions at "Alyssa at Lifted Beauty Lounge" in March. I never used it, but it shows as redeemed on March 28th when I tried to book an appointment. I paid $60 for this voucher with the code LG-9HY4-K6X5-H162-1F7G and now want a refund as I did not get the service. I prefer a refund in cash, not Groupon credit. I tried to buy a Groupon, but after it said "getting your order ready," it didn't appear in "My Groupons." I closed and reopened the app, thinking it hadn't gone through. I then used a different card and bought it again. Now I have two, but I only need one. It's for an $8 Cosmopolitan magazine subscription expiring on Oct 7, [redacted]. I haven't redeemed either voucher. Can you please issue a refund?

I was charged over $[redacted] for 2 rooms in Williamsburg, VA near Busch Gardens that I didn't reserve or purchase. I was just looking and never confirmed the purchase because it was too expensive for 2 rooms for nights, and I wouldn't reserve a room at the Embassy Suites Hotel. Your company must have used my fiancé's debit card on file with my Groupon account, which we used to buy tickets for Busch Gardens, to reserve that room. But I can assure you that I did not authorize this. I want the order canceled, the reservation canceled, and I want that money refunded to the debit card.

I purchased tickets from Groupon for Dino Land in Lake George. Unfortunately, we had a family emergency right after buying them, so we couldn't go. I tried contacting various people on Sunday and eventually reached out to Viator, who directed me back to Groupon for assistance. I bought my Tough Mudder ticket for the Twin Cities event on July 13th and 14th using Groupon on June 27, [redacted]. Being my first time using Groupon, I followed the instructions in the email to redeem it right away. On May 20th, I purchased a body sculpting session at Sculpt MD for $[redacted]. When I contacted Sculpt MD, they informed me that the chin area was not covered by the Groupon, so they advised me to request a refund. After reaching out multiple times via chat, the person I spoke to accidentally charged me another $[redacted] instead of issuing a credit. I purchased two coupons for Dezerland Park in Miami on Friday. I paid $40 for two kids. I am inquiring about some recent purchases where I need a refund for two transactions. Last Saturday, I attempted to buy two Groupons using one of my cards, but the transaction was unsuccessful. Consequently, on Sunday morning, I added a new card and made the same purchase of two Groupons. To my surprise, I woke up today to find an email confirming the purchase of the same two Groupons on the initial card that had previously failed, resulting in four Groupons instead of two. I've used Groupon a few times, but unfortunately, I've had trouble redeeming my purchases. The vouchers either didn't work properly, or the service providers never followed through. I'm wondering if there's a way to get a refund for some or all of my purchases from the past few years. My friends have had better luck, but my experiences have left me feeling like Groupon might not be trustworthy.
