I would appreciate a phone call regarding an email I sent with a concern. I was supposed to be contacted within 24 hours, but it did not happen. The system charged and shipped three times for a single purchase due to receiving error messages, making it seem like the purchase did not go through. I never received a confirmation of purchase, so I bought air filters locally. Surprisingly, two days later, I received six boxes of the filters. I have already contacted my credit card company. Hello, I'd like to share my experience with redeeming a Groupon voucher for a full set of eyelash extensions at "Hello Gorgeous" on July 3, [redacted]. I found my visit to be far from satisfactory. The technician's treatment was rough, causing discomfort and watery, stinging eyes. Their tardiness and apparent lack of enthusiasm was concerning. The atmosphere felt unsanitary as the technician was coughing without wearing a mask. Despite paying extra for add-ons, my extensions did not meet my expectations as discussed with her. Overall, the experience was unpleasant, leaving me with burning eyes and out of pocket $45. As per the Groupon Promise, I kindly request a refund for this disappointing service. Thank you, M. C.

I had a disappointing experience with the customer service at this salon. I purchased a Groupon deal for underarm hair removal assuming it covered both underarms, but during the consultation, I was informed that it only includes one underarm. I found this misleading as I've never encountered this before. When I raised my concerns with the salon owner, I was met with dismissal and was told that the regular price would be much higher without the Groupon discount. I felt unheard and disrespected. I have decided not to proceed with the service and would appreciate a refund for the Groupon. I believe they should be more transparent about their offerings to avoid misleading customers in the future.

My family and I had an awful experience on the DC Trails bus tour in Washington DC. We purchased Groupons for the tour, including one child's ticket and three adult tickets. Upon boarding the bus at 10 am on July 5th, we were informed that several stops were closed due to post-4th of July cleanup. This information should have been disclosed before we bought the tickets. Following a visit to the Air & Space museum and the Capitol, we were left waiting for the next bus in the heat for over an hour. The DC Trails app was of no help, and we watched other tour buses passing by while we waited. Despite reaching out for assistance, the staff kept telling us to wait 15-20 more minutes. Dissatisfied with the experience, we called for a refund, only to be instructed to email a request and wait 72 hours for a response. The lack of air conditioning on the bus added to our discomfort. This experience has marred our vacation, and we urgently seek a resolution. Kelly Madai.

I recently received an email about trading in my expired Groupon for a balloon ride for two in Orlando, Florida. I was planning to use its value to get a Dave and Busters Groupon in Glendale, Arizona. However, when I clicked on the trade button, I received an error message about Groupon being busy or undergoing maintenance. After trying a few times, the email and Groupon disappeared. Now, I can't trade in the expired coupon for the new one. I need assistance resolving this issue.

I received an email a couple of days ago offering me the chance to exchange an expired Groupon for a balloon ride for two in Orlando, Florida. Despite previously confirming I could swap it for Dave and Busters in Glendale, Arizona, when I clicked the "trade this" button, I encountered a message saying "Groupon is busy" or "Groupon is undergoing maintenance. Try again later." After trying twice more, my expired Groupon and the email vanished, leaving me with no way to proceed. I now find myself without the Groupon to exchange and without any instructions on how to proceed. I am hoping to find assistance in resolving this issue.

I bought 2 Groupons for Starlight Fleet in Wildwood Crest, NJ, for a whale/dolphin watch cruise. The charge on my credit card went through successfully for $71. When I tried to make a reservation for 7/10/19 at 10 am as instructed on the voucher, the website is asking for my credit card info again, showing a total of $[redacted]. I don't want to be double charged, and I'm unable to reach customer service by phone. I prefer not to re-enter my credit card details. Can someone help me with making the reservation online? My Groupon deals have expired, and they state that I have until July 8th to exchange them. However, for the past 3 days, I've been attempting to do so, but have repeatedly encountered a message informing me of maintenance on the site. I have tried both on the app and the desktop site, but the issue persists. With only a few days left until the deadline, I am unable to trade them in, leaving me in a difficult situation. I would appreciate it if this problem could be resolved promptly so that I can exchange my deals before the deadline. Thank you.

I purchased 2 Groupon vouchers for the lavatory museum and ball pit last night. Today, we went there for my girlfriend's birthday, but they required us to make a reservation using the Groupon on their website at checkout, which was not clearly explained earlier. We drove 50 minutes only to be turned away because we hadn't made a reservation. They offered to reschedule, but it was for my girlfriend's special day, so I would prefer a refund. Groupon refunded one ticket, but not the other because I clicked "view voucher" to show it to the employee there. I would appreciate a refund for the second ticket as well. Thank you.

Dear Support Team, I am a student who bought a Groupon for 5 yoga sessions at AuM Yoga in Ann Arbor, MI with order number [redacted]. Upon visiting the studio, I discovered that it was hot yoga, which I cannot participate in due to my anxiety. The studio kindly redeemed the sessions to prevent expiration and provided an email for future redemption. Unfortunately, my time in Ann Arbor is ending, and I am still undergoing treatment for anxiety, making it impossible for me to use the service. On June 28th, I paid $10 to Groupon for a jet ski ride at Island Jet Skis in Miami. Upon arrival, they charged an additional $3 for a questionnaire and $71.98 for gasoline. Despite the extra charges, I proceeded as my nephew from Colombia wanted to experience jet skiing. After a lengthy process of forms, surveys, and exams, I finally got on the jet ski only to be cut short after 5 minutes due to bad weather. I am disappointed by their lack of consideration for impending weather conditions and their refusal to refund me the money. It feels like a scam and I am dissatisfied with their service. Order [redacted]67: Automatic Easy Outdoor Tent I recently received this order and encountered an issue with folding the tent back into its carrying case. After attempting to pack it back up, I found that it was quite challenging without bending the metal frame. This makes it impractical for carrying around, especially to places like the beach. I reached out to the company via email, but given that I purchased it through Groupon, I wanted to raise the concern here as well. I am seeking guidance on how to properly fold up the tent. The last two orders I received contained puppy pads from China that I did not order. Despite reluctantly accepting them to avoid causing trouble, the quality is very poor - too thin and not the correct size for my needs (I use 28x33 pads and a doggy stroller). I have already sent them back and request a credit to my account. Please provide details on how these transactions occurred, as I have been a victim of fraud in the past and need clarification. I recently purchased a Groupon on July 4th, but I am disappointed with the service and would like to return or exchange it as per the local Groupon policy. I am willing to receive credit to my account instead. The Groupon in question only has availability in January, which was not indicated clearly in the deal terms. I would appreciate if this information is updated for future customers. Additionally, there are other similar Groupons available without such long wait times. I recently had a lengthy online chat with a representative, but unfortunately, they did not process my refund despite my inability to reach the vendor directly. Several weeks ago, I purchased a window washer for $73, however, when attempting to schedule an appointment, the phone line only provides a number with no indication that it belongs to the vendor, and there has been no response to messages left. The representative informed me that a refund was issued, but I never received an email receipt and the charge is still on my account, with no notifications of a refund. This situation is concerning as it appears as fraud and theft if not resolved promptly. I am prepared to report this to relevant state agencies and consumer affairs departments. My name is E. Dear Support Team, I noticed two duplicate orders in "My Stuff" on the App today. Could you please cancel one of them? Given that they are the same, it doesn't matter which one is canceled since both are still in the Processing Order stage. The order number is [redacted] for two panels of draperies (Grommet) in Chocolate. Both orders seem to have the same order number. They were both placed yesterday and are still in the processing stage, not ready to ship. I only need one order of two panels, not two separate orders of two each. Thank you for your help. I recently received an email from Groupon regarding an issue with my Visa payment for order #1[redacted]34-[redacted]. Despite having already purchased this voucher with a different card that was processed successfully, Groupon is requesting updated credit card information. I do not want to be charged for order #1[redacted]34-[redacted] and I want to prevent any further attempts to process the payment with my Visa. I recently received an email from Groupon with additional discount codes. Intrigued, I clicked on an item I liked, selected the quantity, and applied the promo code. Oddly, I received a message prompting me to continue shopping, without confirming a purchase. To my surprise, I later discovered a charge of $[redacted].5 on my credit card for a storage cupboard I didn't select or purchase. I never entered my credit card information or delivery address during this incident. This unauthorized transaction has left me distressed, especially as Groupon seems to have retained my credit card details without my consent.

I accidentally purchased 2 instead of 1 on Groupon order # GG-[redacted]91 and wanted to return one, as the fine print states FREE RETURNS. I attempted to get a return label but was informed it's a final sale, not eligible for return. I communicated via text with a Groupon representative at 3:00 yesterday, who mentioned a glitch and would follow up within 2-5 hours, but there has been no response. I am now unable to locate the live agent section on Groupon. This is my SECOND REQUEST!! I am very frustrated by the inability to connect with a live person for assistance!

I recently requested a refund for a kickboxing Groupon I purchased. The customer service team was helpful with my initial purchase, but they have not been responsive to my refund request. The Groupon was deemed only for new customers, which I wasn't aware of due to changes in the system and location of the business. Despite the advice given by a company representative, I was not allowed to attend my first class. Now, I am unable to get a refund since it's been more than 3 days. I find this frustrating and have sent multiple emails without any response or access to a contact number for help. It has been a disappointing experience, especially considering the cost of the Groupon.
