I have been unsuccessful in reaching the seller. Despite repeated attempts to schedule an appointment and a visit to their office, I have not received a callback as promised by the trainee. It has been a week, and I am now seeking a refund. Alternatively, I am interested in transferring the payment to a Groupon credit to use with a different vendor for a similar service. I recently placed an order for a Vitamix blender, but unfortunately, the shipping address provided is incorrect. I've been attempting to correct it myself without success. The hairdresser's manager informed me that I had previously used a Groupon for the same service at their salon, which is intended for first-time customers. I have attempted to contact customer support from various angles, followed all recommended steps, and even visited Sam's Club in person. Unfortunately, the issue remains unresolved. Additionally, I think I may have mistakenly pressed the wrong button after viewing the voucher for Sam's Club. I bought the $45.00 membership, but the redemption code failed to process. Is it possible to receive a refund for this transaction? Despite what the Groupon tech mentioned about it not being a processing problem on their end, what's important to me is that the transaction isn't going through on my end. I don't have an entire day to dedicate to resolving an issue that should ideally be resolved in a matter of minutes.

I am requesting a refund for a cancelled helicopter ride under the name of Isabelle Cant. The hour-long ride in New York City was scheduled for July 6th. I am very frustrated! I spent more than $[redacted] on a luau in Myrtle Beach, only to discover it no longer exists! In fact, it hasn't been available for over a year! This is unacceptable! I cannot even leave a review to alert others about this situation! There is no contact information provided to seek a refund. Your actions are deceitful, and I have lost trust in Groupon. I demand a refund immediately. I am escalating this matter to my legal counsel as what is happening is completely unjust.

I recently purchased two items in different colors from Groupon. Unfortunately, the items received weren't as expected. I'm attempting to return them within the 30-day return period, but I'm unable to print a return slip. The instructions redirect me to the 3rd party seller, whom I've been trying to contact via email with no response for over two weeks. The phone number provided on their business card leads to a credit card company, which is confusing. I purchased two Groupons, one for Naturally Scrubbed and one for Glory Fitness/Cycles. Both businesses are nonexistent. Despite visiting them on Saturday and being unable to reach them through phone, Facebook, or their website, I couldn't find them at the listed locations. Strangely, my Glory Fitness Groupon has disappeared from my unexpired vouchers this morning. Both establishments are still active on Groupon's site. I seek a refund for my purchases. While I hoped to visit Naturally Scrubbed, I am willing to exchange both vouchers to avoid losing my money.

I made a purchase through Groupon while scheduling a carpet cleaning appointment over the phone. The appointment was set for 5 days after 07/10/19. When the technician arrived, he tried to upsell me despite my request for the service I paid for on Groupon. He insisted I pay in cash at the Groupon rate, which I declined. He then refused to clean my carpets, claiming additional charges due to the number of stairs, not mentioned in the Groupon listing covering 5 rooms and stairway. The technician left without providing the service. I am seeking a refund from Groupon as the company would not honor the voucher.

I purchased two car detailing Groupons from CJ Autosport. Unfortunately, my wife visited their establishment and waited for over 2 hours for the service. Despite requesting her car to be cleaned again, the initial cleaning was poorly done. Even after the second attempt, there were remnants of dirt, indicating that proper vacuuming was not done. The interior, including under the floor mats, still had physical debris left behind. I am requesting a refund for both Groupons as we had purchased one for me as well. The lack of thorough cleaning and time wasted during my wife's visit are disappointing. A refund for both Groupons would be appreciated, as using the service again is not an option for us.

I recently purchased a Groupon for a 3-Day Admission to Busch Gardens/Water Country of America. After using it once last week, I noticed that there is a restriction on when the Groupon can be used within a 7-day period. I recently purchased a Groupon deal for a Mother's Day gift - a ninety-minute massage at Carmen's Healing Arts Center in Asheville, NC. Initially, I booked my appointment online with a female staff member but was later notified online that my appointment had been changed to a male staff member, which I was not comfortable with. Carmen from the business then called me and rescheduled my appointment to July 11 with her. Subsequently, I received an email requesting the 8-digit voucher from my Groupon for the appointment, and my Groupon account showed it as redeemed. However, upon arriving for my 2:30 appointment, Carmen was not there as her lease had ended on June 30. It appears she knew about this but still rescheduled and marked my Groupon as redeemed. This situation has left me unsure of what steps to take next.

I received a gift voucher for a massage from my daughter through Groupon. I tried to schedule an appointment by calling the massage place and leaving multiple messages. After several unsuccessful attempts, I finally reached someone who couldn't confirm an appointment right away. They promised to call back but never did. When I followed up the next week, I managed to secure an appointment for Wednesday at 6 pm. However, on the day of the appointment, they called in the morning asking to reschedule for 6:15 pm. I arrived on time, only to be told that I needed to wait till 7 pm because the previous client was late. I expressed my disappointment and felt it was unfair. I believe the lack of organization and communication was very unprofessional. Moreover, discovering the price difference between what was paid for the voucher and the actual clinic fee added to my frustration. I am now seeking a refund for the Groupon my daughter purchased.

I arranged a kayaking trip with Vancouver Water Adventures and bought Groupons for 4 single kayaks at $20 each and 2 double kayaks at $30 each. However, on the day of our booking, no one from Vancouver Water Adventures arrived at English Bay Beach, and there were no kayaks available. I reserved a room in Mendocino, CA on June 24th through Groupon, but the hotel had no record of my booking when I arrived at 7 p.m. I ended up paying for the room with my credit card. Later, I noticed a duplicate charge from Groupon. Even after chatting with their customer service, I was only told someone would contact me. Recently, I saw the charge listed as Groupon Bucks, but I would prefer a refund to my VISA instead of a credit.

I searched for "Monterey Bay Aquarium Groupon" on Google and purchased discounted tickets for 6 adults and 2 children. Upon arrival at the Monterey Bay Aquarium, we were informed that our tickets were for the Aquarium of the Bay in San Francisco. This issue has reportedly affected other buyers as well. Despite checking multiple times, the information about the location mix-up was only found on the third page of the search results. Upon trying to obtain a refund through my Groupon account, I discovered that it was nonrefundable. It is crucial that this issue is rectified to prevent others from falling victim to this confusion.
