The issue in GetHuman-life_s_'s own words
On ********* a purchased was made from my Groupon for ** tickets to Medieval Times and my credit card didn’t allow the transaction to go through because it assumed it was fraud. Groupon showed me with red letters that the transaction was canceled so I attempted the transaction with my husbands Groupon account instead and the transaction did go through when using his Groupon account. Now I’m noticing in my account that two charges were made. Since the transaction with my husbands Groupon account went through first we called Medieval Times and used his vouchers to make the reservation. I don’t understand why Groupon would attempt the transaction a second time after it clearly said it was canceled. The app won’t allow me to cancel the purchase, I need assistance with this. Please Help!
