We went to the Crayola Experience in Orlando yesterday with our Groupon. There was * of us in all, my three and my friends three all ordered through Groupon. We were so excited as the kids have been wanting to go here. After waiting over ** minutes just to get our tickets scanned we were able to go in, mind you there were only four groups in line in front of us. After entering and taking a walk around before deciding what to do we quickly realized they were WAY understaffed with one employee in each “experience” area and LITERALLY atleast half the machines in every “experience” were broken or not working causing long lines. There is nothing fun about trying to get three toddlers to wait over ** minutes to do a minute or two “experience”. Needless to say we left overwhelmed with very disappointed kids. The only craft we didn’t have to wait over ** minutes for was the sand art and that’s because it was an extra cost. I was more than highly disappointed with the fact that there was so much “unworking” or “broken” equipment. I would suggest they hire more staff and fix the broken machines to make this “experience” even somewhat worth the while. We’re were there for over two hours and the kids only got to do * “experiences” including the sand art we paid extra for. I would like to receive a refund for this “experience” and will be contacting crayola as well.
