I'm needing a refund on a groupon voucher I accidently ordered for flowers.. I tried to order the deal the previous Friday on my debit card but it didnt go through due to insufficient funds and therefore I couldnt purchase the deal. However the following Monday after I had a small deposit on my debit card I then received a notification saying congrats on your groupon order and it charged me for that purchase for the flower voucher from the previous Friday.. QUESTION IS WHY WAS GROUPON ALLLOWED TO GO AHEAD ALMOST * TO * DAYS LATER AND RETRY THE TRANSACTION WITHOUT MY CONSENT? I NO LONGER WANTED TO PURCHASE THE DEAL ON THE FLOWERS. NOW I JUST WANT TO RECEIVE A REFUND FOR THE DEAL I WAS CHARGED FOR ON MY DEBIT CARD WITHOUT MY CONSENT. YES ITS ONLY ** DOLLARS BUT MY MONEY IS PRECIOUS AND ITS HARD TIMES. PLEASE HELP. I CANT GET IN TOUCH WITH ANYONE FROM CUSTOMER SUPPORT!
