I attempted to book tickets for "The Lion King" show at the London Theatre through Groupon. After entering my bank details and clicking on "Book Now," I received an error message stating there was an issue with my booking and advised contacting customer services. I tried booking two more times with the same error. I then purchased tickets directly from the London Theatre website. However, I later discovered that Groupon had charged me three times, totaling £[redacted]. Despite explaining the situation and providing evidence of the error, Groupon refused to refund the charges or help in any way, suggesting I gift the tickets instead. I have been dealing with Groupon customer service for a while now, calling them multiple times and exchanging several emails, yet my issue remains unresolved. This has taken up a lot of my time. GetHiman rated Groupon as number 1, but I have encountered false advertising regarding the Monterey Aquarium. I purchased tickets on 6/4, received them on 6/6, only to be told they were not valid for that aquarium. Despite numerous emails, I have not received a refund even after two weeks. I plan to report this to the Better Business Bureau and share my experience on social media.

I visited Rado Bar on 6-16 for a 9:30 AM appointment. I faced difficulty accessing the building and after leaving a text message due to the full voicemail, I eventually got help from another customer. The service was unwelcoming as I was rushed in and not greeted properly. The expectation of a salon setting was different when led up to the apartment. The interaction during the spray tan session lacked clear instructions, creating confusion and discomfort. After expressing my concerns about the unprofessional atmosphere, I felt unheard and disappointed. I believe a refund would be appropriate given the unsatisfactory experience at Rado Bar.

I attempted to purchase two sessions of Anti-Aging Centers' "three laser hair removal treatments for a small area" using the promo code SAVE for an extra 20% discount. Unfortunately, the transactions failed because it charged my old Discover card instead of my current Visa card. I have updated my payment details on my Groupon account and removed the old card. I wish to ensure that my orders for the laser hair removal treatments with the promo code SAVE will now successfully go through and be charged to my updated Visa card. Am I required to re-purchase these deals or will Groupon automatically process them with my current card information? I simply want to confirm that the Groupon I purchased today will be processed correctly and the payment approved.

On 6/15/19, I mistakenly ordered the same purse twice due to confusion with a free shipping offer. After realizing my error, I promptly cancelled my membership and one of the orders. I received a confirmation email for the cancellation and refund. However, I unintentionally placed a second order for the same purse with Groupon. I immediately tried to cancel the initial order and sent an email explaining the situation, but it was not delivered. I then used the cancellation site within the two-hour deadline to cancel the first order. Despite these actions, I have not received any acknowledgment from Groupon regarding the cancellation of one of the orders. I have been using Groupon for years now but recently encountered issues with my last two purchases regarding discounts and address mix-ups. I was unable to apply a $10 off and a 20% discount, and couldn't change my payment method for the last order. My email seems stuck, notifications go to the correct one, but I can't update it. The system shows orders going to both my current and old addresses, causing confusion. It won't let me enter my new address. I bought 4 vouchers for Gameworks, but at the location, I faced a "Server Error" message from Groupon, preventing me from using them. Despite trying for 30 minutes, I had to buy onsite, missing out on using my vouchers. I have a screenshot showing the issue on Saturday, June 15. I am requesting a refund for the 4 vouchers due to not being able to access them when I needed to.

I purchased a ticket for a Harbour Hopper tour, which is a half-land, half-sea excursion. Upon boarding, I overheard that the tour would only be on land due to weather conditions. I was not informed at check-in about this change, and the company's website only mentions operating in all weather, not specifying changes due to wind. I requested a refund but was initially informed that Groupon would handle it. Now, I've been told that all sales are final, which I did not understand at the time of purchase – why not just state "no refunds"? Yesterday, I used Groupon for the first time and was excited about the deal I purchased. Unfortunately, I discovered that I have been wrongly charged for 3 MB2 One 14k Lap tickets that I did not buy. I only bought one ticket using my account and already redeemed it. I am unsure how these extra tickets ended up on my list and why I am being charged for them without my authorization. There is a charge of $43.40 on my account that I did not approve. I am requesting a refund for these unauthorized charges. This experience has made me reconsider using Groupon in the future, as it has soured what I initially thought was a good deal on your platform.

My mother had purchased two Groupons for car detailing and cleaning during the winter. The service provider mentioned difficulty finding a warehouse for the detailing, but as the weather improved, we planned to have the cars done outside. After waiting for months due to the provider's busy schedule, the Groupons were no longer valid, but he agreed to honor them. On the scheduled day, with no prior communication, my car remained untouched. Despite reaching out, I received no response for over a week. I now seek a refund for both cars at $[redacted] each. I reached out to the groupon vendor to schedule my appointment post-purchase. The owner, Maureen, initially agreed on June 26th at 11am. Following her request, I reviewed and acknowledged her policies on the website via text confirmation. However, days later, she rescheduled my appointment. I explained that I had arranged my day around it, including childcare. She agreed to uphold the original appointment due to her error. Yet, today she informed me that she would be closed on June 26th, canceling my booking. This abrupt change goes against her strict cancellation policy. I expect a full refund for her unprofessional conduct. Kindly refund $50.00 to my credit card for this inconvenience and send me the credit receipt. Hello, I am requesting a refund for two of my Groupons. One has been redeemed by the company, but not by me. Dear Groupon Customer Support, I am seeking a refund for the Auto detailing and headlight restoration services. Upon attempting to make an appointment, I encountered multiple issues. The phone's voicemail was full initially, then the listed address [redacted] Menaul NE [redacted] did not exist. After finally reaching the business by phone, I was told they were closed as their shop was located behind the building. When I arrived at the shop, I discovered a woman who eventually scheduled my appointment for Monday, 6/17/19. Unfortunately, on the day of my appointment, it was canceled due to a family emergency. Hello, I bought a Groupon for river tubing at Cartecay for four people for $31 on June 14th. On Friday, May 24, [redacted], I paid for the Journey by Faith Walk in Savannah, GA. The money was debited from my checking account on May 25th. When I arrived for the tour, I discovered that tours are only conducted Monday through Thursday. A Groupon Representative assured me a refund within five business days, but I have not received it. I seek guidance on how to proceed to obtain a refund for the $22 service charge, as I did not use the service. My bank provided a statement showing the deduction. Hello, I purchased a Groupon for a massage from Evolution Med Spa. As a traumatic brain injury survivor in critical need of massage care, I've attempted to reach out to the med spa since the day of my purchase without success. Finally, after getting through yesterday, I scheduled my massage for today. Upon arriving, I discovered my appointment was mistakenly booked for a month later. The receptionist showed no remorse and implied that I should have noticed the error. This situation is unacceptable.
