I bought a Groupon for an Osteopathic Exam and Three Osteopathy Massage Sessions, but I missed the promo period ending on April 20, [redacted]. I thought I had a year to book but it was only 4 months. The clinic requires an extension from Groupon to honor the expired voucher. Due to my illness, this is a significant expense for me. I recently paid $69 for Advance Pro Carpet Cleaning services but they failed to show up on the scheduled date. Despite leaving two voicemails and emails over the past two days, I have not received any response. Today, when I tried to contact them, I couldn't leave a message as their mailbox was full. I am requesting a full refund from Groupon due to this unacceptable situation. After checking their reviews online, it seems like many customers have encountered similar problems with this company. I urge you to discontinue your association with them promptly. I am looking forward to hearing from you to address this disappointing experience.

I have been preoccupied taking care of my husband during his battle with cancer, and unfortunately, he passed away on April 26, [redacted]. Hello, I recently bought 2 Groupon vouchers for 45-minute salt cave sessions at Bien Soigne with the numbers [redacted] & [redacted]9. I had made appointments for both of us at 11:00 am on June 8th. Booking was a bit challenging, and we arrived about 5 minutes late due to GPS issues. The woman at the front desk, who turned out to be the manager, was quite unpleasant. She was rude and seemed condescending, making us feel unwelcome. When we arrived late, she insisted we reschedule. I explained the distance we had traveled, but she was unsympathetic. She even refused to let us finish the session once the doors were closed. Overall, the way we were treated was unacceptable. I value my time and deserve respect. Needless to say, I won't be returning to Bien Soigne after such disrespectful behavior. Thank you.

I recently stayed at the Britannia Daresbury Park hotel, room number [redacted]07, and although the hotel was nice, I had some issues during my stay. The mattress had springs that poked into me, the morning bath water was cold, and the meal I had was not enjoyable as the vegetables were cold and the fish goujons had a lot of skin. Breakfast the next day was also disappointing with overcooked fried eggs, cold drinks, and unresponsive staff. I had to report these concerns to the girl clearing the plates who didn't address them appropriately. Another guest mentioned it was the worst hotel he had experienced, which prompted me to inform the reception staff. I prefer the Cumbria Grand Hotel and have booked there twice this year as it provides a better experience. I urge the hotel management to investigate and address these issues promptly. I recently bought 3 Groupons, but after a car accident, I realized I might have missed some details in the fine print. 1) I couldn't use my $35 Sam's Club Groupon because it was expired. Can I still use the money at the actual store after signing up for membership? 2) Allen May called and said I couldn't use both my Groupons ($75 haircut and $35 mani/pedi). They were adamant about needing the Groupon numbers over the phone. When I scheduled a haircut, the hairdresser listed was no longer there, and the manager's behavior was very rude. I don't feel comfortable going there and would like a refund for both Groupons. I have a hair appointment on June 17th at 10:30 am, but the situation at Allen May makes me uneasy. My husband gifted me a Groupon for a massage, but I've been struggling to schedule an appointment. The massage therapist, who is usually excellent at her job, has been unreliable with communication and keeping appointments. Over the past three weeks, I've had multiple appointments canceled due to various reasons such as a car wreck, lost dogs, illness, and even repairs in her room. Despite my efforts to reach out via calls and texts, she has not responded. I recently purchased a Groupon voucher for a 2-night stay at the "3-Star Top-Secret Orlando Lake Buena Vista Hotel." However, upon arrival at the Residence Inn Orlando Lake Buena Vista as directed in the order details, we were informed that the hotel had not received the booking information, resulting in us having to pay the walk-in rate for a room. Unfortunately, Groupon's customer service was unreachable at the time, leaving us no choice but to pay the higher price. Given that we followed Groupon's instructions and ended up at the wrong hotel, I am requesting either the original rate be honored by the hotel or a prompt refund of the price difference we had to pay.

I am still waiting for a refund from a purchase I made on February 7, [redacted], for 80 units of Dysport and 2 syringes of Bellafill. The doctor I purchased from rushed me into buying more without providing necessary information like product details and receipts. I attempted to purchase 2 tickets to see the Chris Brown concert this morning. After buying the tickets on Groupon and seeing the event listed, I logged out. Shortly after, I received an email about a payment issue. Panicked about missing the opportunity, I tried to purchase them again, but kept encountering an error message on my phone and laptop. I was finally able to successfully buy the tickets on my phone, but I'm worried about my purchase not showing up in my Groupon list. Although the initial order that had a payment problem shows as refunded, I see 4 tickets under my Groupon instead of the 2 I intended to buy. I haven't been able to reach anyone by phone, and I just want to confirm that I have my 2 tickets, wasn't overcharged, and didn't authorize the purchase of 4 tickets. I only want the 2 tickets I attempted to buy.

I purchased a discounted voucher from Groupon to replace my cracked iPhone 7 screen. I arranged to meet the technician at 4:30 pm, where he estimated it would take 25-35 minutes to fix. However, he later informed me of additional issues, quoting $[redacted] for the repair. After negotiation, I reluctantly agreed to a $70 solution. The repair took longer, and upon inspection, the home button and fingerprint reader were not functional. The technician suggested a workaround, but I refused as these features were previously working. He promised to rectify the issues, but seeing no progress, I left at 5:45 pm, giving him a contact number. Upon his call at 6:15 pm, he requested more time or a next-day pickup. Insisting on having the phone that night, he eventually agreed to stay late. By 8:15 pm, I retrieved my phone, but the initial problems persisted. Despite a reduced fee of $50, I feel unfairly treated and wish to recover my money as the device is now in worse condition.
