I bought a Groupon for Elitch Gardens on June 10th for 4 tickets at $[redacted]. However, when I got to the park, I was charged $[redacted] instead of being able to use the Groupon as refunded. To make matters worse, on June 12th, I was charged an extra $[redacted] for the Groupon that was supposed to be refunded initially. I am seeking a refund for the $[redacted] overcharge and a resolution to the $70 extra I had to pay due to the Groupon refunding and charging me again.

I recently had a disappointing experience with Somatic Harmony Massage. I tried calling them twice during their business hours, but only reached an answering machine. When I visited their location during business hours, there was no one at the front desk, the lights were off, and the place was a mess. After finally getting someone's attention, I was told to come back the next day. This was not a professional way to run a business. I am now seeking a full refund for my experience. I purchased a one-night stay couples package at the Days Inn Niagara Falls through Groupon. I wanted to extend my stay for a second night but encountered several issues. The hotel staff did not inform me about parking fees or a credit card hold, which was almost double the room rate. When I raised concerns, they were unhelpful and suggested I cancel. At check-in, I faced more complications with additional charges and experienced rudeness from the staff. The room was subpar with gum stains, no mini-fridge, and noisy surroundings. In the evening, I encountered a large bug in the shower, resulting in a request for another hotel. Unfortunately, no alternative rooms were available that night. The following day, I was relocated to a different hotel as a resolution. The hotel refused a refund due to the Groupon deal but later acknowledged the poor experience. I shared a detailed account of the issues with the hotel management. Despite the initial setbacks, the situation improved once I insisted on leaving. My experience was marred by cleanliness issues, unhelpful staff, and an overall disappointing stay.

I recently bought a Groupon for Juicy-O in Downers Grove. When I arrived at 2:40, just before their supposed closing time at 3pm, the restaurant was dark, the manager was in the back, and they claimed to be closed. Despite their advertised hours, they refused service and even laughed when I mentioned their closing time. I am disappointed in their lack of customer care. I am requesting a refund for my Groupon purchase.

I bought a second Gifted Touch Massage voucher #[redacted]3 for my wife, but when she tried to use it, she was informed they could only honor one per customer. I bought a MEDspa voucher on GROUPON. When I contacted them to schedule my appointment, the person who answered the phone was extremely rude and rushed. I had tried calling for days without success. I mentioned my Groupon purchase and asked about available appointments; I was told I could come the next day, but I couldn't due to work. I requested today or Friday, but both were unavailable, so I reluctantly agreed to Saturday. However, when asked for my voucher number, I couldn't provide it as I was using my cell phone with limited capabilities. Feeling uncomfortable and rushed, I considered canceling. I expressed my dissatisfaction but received no improvement. Now, I'm hesitant about getting the Brazilian Butt Lift due to the poor customer service experience and fear of retaliation. I simply want a refund as I know what good service looks like from my previous experiences with Groupon spa deals.

I purchased an activity in Ireland for my upcoming vacation from California. Unfortunately, my father was hospitalized with a brain tumor, and I have been advised by the doctor not to travel. I contacted a Groupon representative through chat and explained the situation. The agent offered a full refund in Groupon credits for the UK site, but I cannot use them due to my current situation. I requested a refund to my original payment method because of these circumstances. I am waiting for a response from the agent's manager but would like to follow up on this matter myself. I have a doctor's note that I can provide if needed.

To whom it may concern, I have been a loyal customer of Groupon for many years without any major issues until now. I purchased a Groupon for a 90-minute massage, but my appointment was canceled by the vendor due to staff shortages. The owner mentioned they would call me back in a week, but it has been a week and a half with no communication. When I contacted them this morning, they informed me that they had no available masseuses and advised me to seek a refund through Groupon. I request that the refund be credited back to my credit card or sent via check. I am disappointed with the vendor's service and suggest that Groupon reconsiders doing business with them. I bought a Groupon deal for a couples massage at Tofu Spa in Los Angeles for $89. After making an appointment, I arrived for my massage only to find out my Groupon was pending. Tofu staff suggested checking with my credit card company, which confirmed no issues but Groupon had denied the charge. I paid Tofu Spa directly and later saw the Groupon had gone through. As I live in Raleigh, NC, I am unable to use it and would like a refund of $89 on my credit card.

The card information was utilized on both Groupon and Amazon without my consent. Despite canceling the order on Groupon, an accidental click led to a re-purchase. This error cost me $[redacted], causing financial strain as the money was essential for my electricity bill. I have taken steps to address this, such as cancelling the card and initiating an investigation with Amazon. Can Groupon assist in investigating debit card/account fraud? More frustratingly, I have been unable to connect with a live representative to address this time-sensitive matter urgently. Resolution: 1. My husband and I went to redeem our vouchers for tattoos, but despite paying for two vouchers, we still haven't received any tattoos. I have detailed text message exchanges with both the tattoo artist and the shop owner, but all we receive are constant excuses. I have wasted a lot of time and gas attempting to get this resolved. At this point, I just want a refund so we can go to a different shop. This has been an awful experience, and I believe they should be removed from Groupon. It's frustrating to see people walking in without appointments and getting tattoos while we have been turned away repeatedly.

I bought a Groupon for a massage at a health spa in Dale City, Woodbridge. I had an appointment and showed the lady my coupon with the voucher code. She wanted the barcode, which wouldn't show on my phone. She turned away, spoke Chinese to her coworker, and ignored me. I asked them to speak in English, but they refused to help, saying they didn't accept it. I explained I had already paid. The lady ignored me until I left. I had a similar issue in the past but eventually got my massage after arguing for 15 minutes. I don't want to return. I'm seeking a refund or credit towards a massage elsewhere. I am very disappointed with my recent eyelash extension appointment. I had clearly communicated that I wanted a natural look similar to my previous J curl size 11 extensions. Despite my emphasis on wanting a natural look for an upcoming event, the technician used c curl and size 12 extensions, which resulted in a fake appearance that I am extremely unhappy with. I expressed my displeasure during the appointment and was met with a dismissive response about fixing it next time. This experience has left me feeling embarrassed and I would like a refund as I am dissatisfied with the outcome.

I placed an order for 6 phone chargers on Nov 24, [redacted] under Order # [redacted]. Despite checking the tracking regularly, it's stuck on "in transit". Groupon's customer service has been disappointing, so I'm hoping for better luck here. I bought two Groupons for The Secret Spa and Salon in Asheville, NC, one as a gift. Upon arrival for our appointments, we found the establishment to be unprofessional and unsanitary. There was a large animal trap at the front door and a dog freely roaming inside. Unexpectedly, a male massage therapist, who seemed unkempt and without a uniform, was the only staff present. When we raised our concerns with the manager, the response was lacking in apology and only a promise to implement a gender preference policy. Despite our discomfort, the manager insisted on a cancellation fee to reschedule. We were assured no charges would apply if we called back within a week. The overall experience left us feeling unsafe and we believe a refund for both Groupons is warranted given the conditions. The situation raises concerns about the establishment's hygiene and professionalism, making a refund appropriate, even if one of the Groupons falls outside the refund window.

I wanted to share my experience with Nu Look Laser in Arlington Heights for KyBella treatment through Groupon. When I tried to schedule an appointment, a lady requested my credit card right away, which made me uneasy. After speaking to a nice man for a new appointment, I was told I might need three $[redacted] treatments instead of one. The same lady from before insisted on my credit card again and was pushy. I recently tried to address my issue regarding ASH HOT YOGA in Babylon, New York, to Groupon through live web chat. They requested additional payment, which was unexpected. My account number with Groupon is 1[redacted]03-[redacted]. My name is Frances R. and my contact number is [redacted]. I've encountered difficulties with the yoga company as I've been unable to attend any classes due to the lack of a reachable instructor for scheduling. On visiting the site, I found no assistance available and no way to access the classes. With a medical condition, I needed guidance on suitable classes. After numerous attempts, I finally managed to speak to someone who directed me to Groupon for a refund since I had booked classes online. Despite filing a complaint with my Visa company, they advised me to continue reaching out to Groupon for the refund. I am seeking a refund of $79 on my Visa card.

I booked tickets for an event in Las Vegas. I searched for the event and the location I wanted. We thought we had found the right tickets because they were in the same area where we were vacationing, so we purchased them. However, when I went to my Groupon account to redeem the tickets the next day, it turned out the event was actually in a different state. I intended to buy Excalibur tickets in Las Vegas, not Medieval Times tickets.
