I am seeking a refund for a pair of earrings I purchased for my wife on Mother's Day. We feel we were misled by the representation of the earrings in the Groupon email. Upon trying to return the item within the 30-day period, I discovered they were considered non-returnable due to being a value item. While I understand the policy, I believe Groupon is responsible for this deception and should honor my request for a refund. I have noticed similar complaints in reviews, indicating that others also feel they were misled regarding this product.

After taking a break from Groupon, I tried to make a purchase last Saturday but had trouble logging in as it didn't recognize my email and password. I attempted to reset my password but received an email saying my email address wasn't recognized. Deciding it had been too long, I signed up with a new email and the same password, successfully bought a Groupon using my credit card. However, when I tried to sign in again to print it, neither email and password worked. Resetting the password continued to result in emails stating my email wasn't recognized, for both old and new accounts. With no one available at Groupon over the weekend and no access to help via phone or site, I'm frustrated. If this isn't resolved, I'll contact my credit card company and won't use Groupon again. A phone call would be appreciated regarding this issue.

Hello, I recently purchased the Edan Edan Salon Keratin Treatment with order number 1[redacted]47-[redacted]. During my appointment last night, the stylist I booked with was changed at the last minute. Despite having had this treatment done multiple times in the past, I found the application of the product to be sloppy and careless, which caused my scalp to start burning within minutes. When I inquired about this, the stylist admitted it was not normal but assured me it would be okay. However, as the burning sensation grew unbearable, I had to request to wash it out. Furthermore, during the process, she accidentally sprayed me with the hose, resulting in me leaving the salon soaking wet. This experience was extremely disappointing and differs greatly from how the treatment is typically done. I would greatly appreciate a refund to my card to rectify this situation. I did not receive the non-stick stove top burner protector covers I ordered on Mar 15th to be delivered to my Florida address. The order indicated it would take 5 to 7 days for delivery. The package left Florida for my home in Illinois, but there has been no movement. I contacted Groupon and the shipper's customer support to request the package be sent to my Illinois address at [redacted] Jo Ave, Germantown Hills IL [redacted]. Although it shows as delivered, I have not received it. I would like either a refund or for the product to be delivered to the Illinois address provided. If this issue is not resolved soon, I will request a refund through Discover. Thank you, Angie O.

I discovered a hair salon voucher was purchased on my Groupon account and then used without my knowledge. After reaching out to the salon and giving Groupon detailed information, the voucher use was investigated. Despite this, I was informed that no refund could be issued. I have repeatedly tried to get answers through calls and live chats, filed additional fraud reports, and made no progress in resolving this issue. I am now considering involving local authorities to report this as identity theft. I simply seek clarity on the investigative process Groupon undertakes in situations like mine.

I accidentally purchased three Groupon vouchers instead of one, and two have expired. I tried to trade them in, but only one worked. I wish to combine the remaining value of $32 to buy something else worth $34. I haven't been able to reach Groupon customer service and hope they can assist me in merging the remaining vouchers into one for a different purchase.

Hello, I seem to have encountered one of those situations where a task was overlooked until now, and suddenly it becomes clear that it was never completed. Back in March when I made my order, I distinctly recall updating my address to my Florida residence. To my surprise, the package was sent to my previous address in Pennsylvania, where I haven't resided since March [redacted]. Regrettably, the item never reached me. Though I intended to reach out to Groupon upon the realization, time slipped by, and the issue was forgotten until this moment. Rather than opting for a refund, I would greatly appreciate receiving the Chromecast device. Despite my attempts, changing the address on my account has proven unsuccessful. I purchased a Groupon for a couples massage at Koffee Day Spa, but have been struggling to schedule an appointment. Despite multiple attempts over several months, the spa has been unresponsive to my calls and voicemails. When I did manage to speak to someone, they had very limited availability for couples massages and suggested inconvenient times. After rearranging my schedule to accommodate their availability, they were still unable to schedule me and have now told me the time slot is no longer an option. My Groupon is still valid for a few more weeks, but I am extremely unhappy with the service and would prefer a refund.

I would like to address an issue I had with a Groupon purchase I made for a 60-minute foot massage at So Feet Relax located at [redacted] West 171st Street, Tinley Park, IL. I called on May 8th, [redacted], to schedule an appointment and unfortunately had a negative interaction with Steven, the owner. Despite understanding the cancellation policy, he was very rude and proceeded to criticize Groupon customers, repeatedly highlighting the policy. Steven's aggressive behavior, including yelling at me for asking questions, left me feeling unwelcome and embarrassed. I no longer wish to visit this spa and am requesting a refund. I hope for an apology and advise against supporting establishments that treat customers in such a manner. This experience has deterred me from using Groupon in the future. I asked to exchange my iPhone 7 yesterday through Groupon. They mentioned that a shipping label would be sent to me within 10 minutes, but after almost 20 hours, I still hadn't received anything confirming the transaction. Assuming it hadn't gone through, I contacted the company (buySpry) directly who then provided me with a shipping label for the exchange. Surprisingly, I have now received an email from Groupon indicating that they are sending an exchange. How can I cancel the Groupon exchange now that the other company has already started the process?

I purchased a Groupon directly from Groupon.com for a skydiving experience with "North East Skydive." After encountering multiple issues with scheduling due to weather and the company's closure, I discovered that North East Skydive had gone out of business. Despite the Groupon not reaching its expiration date, it was rendered invalid. I paid $[redacted] for this experience and have received no compensation. I recently purchased a set of 25 5x7 flat cards from Printerpix for my son's graduation announcement. Unfortunately, the order arrived late, and to my dismay, when I opened it, there was only 1 card instead of 25. After contacting Printerpix, I was informed that I needed to manually adjust the quantity to 25 instead of 1 during the order process, which I found frustrating as it was advertised as a set of 25 cards on their website. The agent I spoke with was unhelpful and simply reiterated the instructions without offering a resolution. I was then instructed to go back to the website, modify the order quantity, and call for a new order number, adding another month to the process. However, when I attempted to modify the order online, I encountered difficulties and was even asked to pay for shipping again for a new order. Ultimately, I decided to forgo the entire ordeal due to the inconvenience.

I purchased two massages in February, but it's now June, and I've had trouble scheduling them. I haven't received any response to my emails or phone calls. When I tried calling, it was all automated and no one answered. This situation is very frustrating. I want to redeem the $79 worth of massages I bought for a couples massage before they expire. I also want a refund for the membership fee since I've never used any services. When I visited the massage place, they had no record of my purchase, which added to my frustration. I just want a full refund of the $79 spent on the massages and the $9.99 charged for the membership.

I made a hotel reservation through groupon and received a confirmation number. Upon arrival, the hotel had no record of my booking. Upon checking my confirmation email, I found out that my payment had not gone through. Despite this, groupon later deducted the money from my account, five days after my trip. Trying to get a refund since May has been unsuccessful. Groupon assured me the issue would be resolved within 24 to 48 hours, but I have not heard from them since. Due to the lack of confirmation sent to the hotel by groupon, I had to find another hotel at 11:30 pm.

I bought a $19 sunset beach salt room session for one under order #[redacted] on 5-17-19. The next day, I realized I wanted the voucher for two people but couldn't afford it, so I purchased another $19 session for one on 5-20-19 under order #[redacted]. Then I found out about the trade-in option, so I called customer service who said I could trade the two sessions for one two-person session for $44.93. After arranging the trade, I was charged for all three purchases: two individual sessions and the two-person session, totaling $82.93. I have a voucher for the two-person session but don't understand why I was charged again for it after trading in the two individual sessions. I believe I should be refunded $38 for the two individual sessions. My bank statement confirms the charges. Something seems off, and I cannot afford this mistake.

I purchased two Groupons for KABOOM Fireworks with the following Groupon numbers: LG-NRLK-KYMV-TT5M-2ZYN and LG-V62K-PPBY-LN3Z-BF7R. I have visited four different locations in Ottawa but have not found anyone at the listed destinations. These locations are typically shipping containers parked in shopping center lots labeled KABOOM. I have tried going in the morning, afternoon, and even at night, but no luck. I even returned to one location at the specified time of 2:30, and still, no one was there. When will these places be open for me to use my Groupons? Kind regards, Bernie.
