On December 15, [redacted], I purchased two gift certificates from Earth Touch Healing Arts for a couples massage at Dunmanway in Dundalk, MD. Despite multiple failed attempts to schedule appointments, I visited the location, which appeared closed around noon. A gentleman inside offered to help find "Aleasia" and suggested she call me. Contrary to a later rude voicemail claiming she tried to reach me, I had not received any missed calls. The owner accused me of unauthorized entry and disturbing a colleague. She marked one certificate as redeemed and threatened to prevent a refund from Groupon, which also included her tip. I recently purchased three Groupons for Canvas on Sale, ordering them in different sizes to avoid mix-ups. I used the vouchers for two orders, but one didn't process despite marking the Groupon as used. After contacting Canvas on Sale, they verified receiving only the two completed orders (two 20x16 prints and two 12x12 prints) and advised reaching out to Groupon for help. The missing order was for four 8x10 canvas prints. Despite my Groupon account showing one available voucher that I've used, I left it untouched until I receive the prints. How can I obtain a new voucher code for the unprocessed order? Thank you!

Dear Customer Service, I apologize for the delay in reaching out. In the past, I had positive experiences using Groupon until now. Last December, I bought a massage from StoneAge Fuel for a friend’s Christmas present. However, when she tried to book a Saturday appointment, she was informed the next available slot wouldn't be for two months. I attempted to use the voucher myself, but when I called in March/April, I could only leave messages as the voicemail was always full. After a month of trying, I finally got through but received no callback. Now the voucher has expired, and I am disappointed with the situation. I arrived at the hotel with my family hoping to book an additional room using Groupon vouchers. My voucher was confirmed, but unfortunately, my family members' vouchers were pending. We tried to place the order multiple times, but it never went through, causing confusion. We waited for two hours and even considered using a different card, but still didn't receive confirmation. When we arrived at the hotel, they couldn't accommodate us, which was very frustrating. The concierge didn't offer any sympathy, leading to us not being able to redeem our vouchers and being charged for two unsuccessful transactions. I recently visited the salon and purchased a Groupon deal for a Hair Cut, Full Highlights, wash, and blow dry for $[redacted]. However, upon arrival, the stylist, Glady, mentioned that the price was only for customers with short hair. She insisted on charging me extra for my long hair, expressing dissatisfaction that I was a Groupon client. The Groupon did not specify any restrictions on hair length or additional charges. Furthermore, communication with Glady was challenging due to her limited English proficiency. I had a disappointing experience with Olga's cleaning service. I purchased two Groupons, one for my recovering mother and one for myself. Despite Olga's initial willingness to help, the day of the cleaning was a disaster. The cleaners were over an hour and a half late, did not bring proper supplies, and did a very poor job. Areas were left untouched, streaks and dust were visible throughout, and even the kitchen floor appeared untouched. When I complained and provided pictures, Olga offered to send a different team, but they were also late and did not meet expectations. When I tried to reschedule, Olga was rude and unprofessional, eventually not showing up for my cleaning appointment. Overall, I found Olga disorganized, the team untrained, and the service unsatisfactory. I am requesting a refund.

I bought a Groupon for a hot air balloon ride, planning it as a birthday gift for my girlfriend. The scheduled date was May 18, [redacted]. I recently purchased a voucher from Joanelly Beauty Gallery and scheduled an appointment for Wednesday, June 19th at 12:00pm. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I needed to reschedule. I contacted the salon when they opened, but unfortunately, there was no availability for the following week. My interaction with Maggie when trying to reschedule was unpleasant, as she expressed frustration with the short notice. Despite my attempts to reach out when the salon opened, I was unable to secure another appointment. I purchased Best Bully Sticks through Groupon, but I received a different product from what was advertised. My dog only likes bully sticks, but they sent me jerky treats the size of Oreos. Despite trying to reach out using the provided phone number, I was unable to get a resolution. The online information indicates it's a final sale unless defective, but there's no clear way to report it as defective. I feel frustrated and misled by Marks Store by Darren Cloyd. I purchased the Dyson Pure Hot + Cool Air Purifier Fans (Certified Refurbished) from Groupon on June 7, [redacted]. I paid in full during check-out. Groupon stated that the item shipped, and FedEx tracking shows it was delivered on June 12 to my address. However, I did not receive the item. Despite reaching out to Groupon multiple times, their customer service has been unhelpful. Their latest response indicated it was no longer their responsibility and advised me to contact the shipper. I would like Groupon to fulfill their part of the transaction and send me the product I originally purchased.

I have been attempting for over a week to place this order I received from Groupon for Two Gifts for You Now.com. I have the voucher number but I am unable to finalize the purchase. Hello, I recently bought a Groupon for Modo Yoga Winnipeg, advertised as a two-month unlimited membership for $79. Upon presenting the voucher, I was told it's only for new members, which I am not. I checked the Groupon site and confirmed that the restriction wasn't mentioned. Two friends who also purchased it, both existing members, agreed there was no such note. I need assistance with receiving a refund for a Groupon voucher I mistakenly ordered for flowers. I initially tried to purchase the deal last Friday using my debit card, but it was declined due to insufficient funds. Surprisingly, on the following Monday, after making a small deposit to my account, I was charged for the flower voucher without my consent. Yesterday, I attempted to purchase a facial from Aesthetic Medicine Center in Hinsdale, Illinois. Unfortunately, there were technical issues on the website preventing my order from going through. Despite multiple attempts, the order failed to process, and the system indicated I had exceeded the purchase limit. I had to cancel two orders and start over. The system kept showing "pending" and mentioned site maintenance was ongoing. This morning, I found conflicting information about my order status, with one location showing it as pending and another stating it was refunded. I tried diligently to complete the transaction during the 20% off sale. I wish there was an easier way to reach customer support or receive timely updates. Not all issues can be resolved using the standard FAQs, especially when there are site maintenance issues affecting orders.

On 6-16, I went to Radu Salon for an appointment but faced difficulties entering. I tried calling but the voicemail was full, then sent SMS texts with no response. Eventually, someone let me in. Radu seemed unprepared, didn't apologize, and gave unclear instructions for the spray tan. When I applied lotion incorrectly, she blamed me instead of offering a solution. I expressed my discomfort and dissatisfaction with her unprofessionalism. I demand a full refund from Groupon and expect prompt and proper customer service without being repeatedly asked to wait. Groupon must address this promptly, as I've already waited over 96 hours without a response. I insisted they call me within 24 hours as promised. Groupon, please fulfill your responsibilities and provide the refund promptly on 6-20-19.

I purchased a Groupon for Cinderella Magic on March 28 and contacted them immediately to schedule an appointment. They were unable to accommodate the original date I requested, so I selected a new one (Thursday, June 21 @ 10 am). Unfortunately, no one showed up. I contacted them, and they claimed to have sent multiple emails and SMS messages to confirm the appointment. However, I could not find any such messages in my inbox or text history. I did not delete any messages intentionally. With the coupon set to expire in 5 days, I am seeking a refund. - Beth C.

Kindly respond to this email or reach me by phone at [redacted]. - I bought a Groupon on November 14, [redacted], for a month of unlimited classes at "Ocean Yoga." - On August 9, [redacted], I purchased another Groupon for "Ocean Yoga," but was informed at the studio that I couldn't use it since I had been there before (they had a policy against redeeming Groupons for returning clients, which I was not informed of). - After contacting Groupon, they provided me with $32 credit for the same studio. However, as they don't accept repeat Groupons, this did not resolve my situation, leaving me unable to utilize the $32 credit. I plan to apply the $32 credit towards another Groupon purchase. I recently requested an exchange for my oil change service and was mistakenly charged twice. I initially paid the price difference for the new service, but upon checking my bank account, I noticed that I was charged the full amount for both the original and exchanged services.
