The issue in GetHuman3009660's own words
Purchased Groupon May **th only because May **th shipment was available for my zipcode on their website. **Place order immediately after purchasing Groupon on their website. Noticed receipt had date of June *th delivery and immediately emailed on May **th their customer service team to correct issue. (No one ever responds via their telephone @***-***-*JUS)**Received response back via email to let me know “unfortunately they could not change date as their next shipment available was Tuesday next week.”** I went back to their website and noticed that both May **th and May **st shipping dates were available and responded with that and let them know if we cannot arrange that (as the whole reason why I purchased this Groupon to begin with) to cancel the order. **The Jus team apologized and informed me that since now it was May **th, they will ship for May **st delivery and that I will receive a tracking number for shipment COB May **th.**Did not receive tracking number email on May **th. Their customer service is supposed to be available from *-*pm EDT today and I’m really over this entire process and need to start my cleanse today and will find something local.** I sent an email yesterday to follow up.**This company does not follow through on throughly checking customer service response until there’s a threat of cancelling the order then actual customer service is provided. And again, no one is ever available with their customer service phone line.**I am out a day already to start the cleanse and as it is *:**am PCT, I will make arrangements to find a local * day cleanse. Please help to refund this order.
