I tried making a purchase of two Mk backpack purses on Groupon. It stayed that the purchase was successful but when I looked again it had been refunded back to me. At least that what Groupon showed. But my card was charged * times $**.** and I don’t have anything purchased from Groupon other than a Sams membership! I am highly upset, irrited, aggravated, and yet confused about this transaction. This was my second time making a purchase through Groupon. The only reason I decided to do it was because the first purchase was successful! I will not be using this app in the future. I can’t grasp how I would be charged * times for an item that was supposed to be “REFUNDED”. Yet I still won’t even receive one of the items I was attempting to purchase. I would greatly appreciate it if someone would refund me all my money for those nun purchased items. This is ridiculous and beyond sad. I would love it if I could get a speedy response. Thanks* a highly pissed customer!
