After * emails with no replies - I finally requested a call back. I was happy that it happened in less than an hour and since I couldn’t use the facial before the expiration date because I am suffering from an allergic reaction - I was told I would receive a one-time refund. Refunds are their last resort* they don’t want to issue but wanted me to be satisfied - and I was.
