I tried to buy a Groupon for *** Chophouse in St. Louis tonight. Your website said there was a problem. So I tried * more times. Then I got a call from my credit card fraud department asking if I had spend $** which was the cost of one groupon. I said yes. Then I went to check and it showed I purchased * not *. I tried and thought I cancelled * of them but only have an email confirming one cancellation. Now I can't even get on the site to check.
GetHuman2963001 did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.

I figured out how to find Live Chat on Customer Service (not too easy to accomplish) and then it was easy. The Rep removed a duplicate account, cancelled the duplicate purchases and made sure I still had one to use.
