Help with my Groupon issue

I ordered (*) LU**CTMFRB Folding Cots through Groupon on *******. Order ID *********. They shipped a quantity of * according to packing slip on FEDEX ************. I only received *. FEDEX says they only received * from shipper Case Number **********. * chats so far with Groupon (******************) & (******************). I think they only shipped * since there is only one tracking number. These are big boxes and each should have a separate tracking number. Groupon shows * tracking number and all three delivered. No one there will talk to you. I want confirmation three boxes were shipped or refund my money on the * that didn't. Thanks

How GetHuman-jwalder fixed the problem
On third chat I put all the information in a word document including order id, tracking number, chat references, FEDEX case number. I copied and pasted that into the chat. I asked they refund my money for the * pieces obviously not delivered. The did issue a credit back to my card.
