The issue in GetHuman-babsiam's own words
Good morning.*I have previously spoken with a Groupon customer Service representative ( chat number ******************), but still have no resolution to this issue.* On May *, ****, I attempted to order a delay mattress. I received a notice that there was an issue with my card on file. I attempted to re-enter the same payment method and again received a notice that the card ( ending in ****) had an issue , therefore, I tried another card and henirder went through. I wanted to get the order through because the groupon said it was expiring ( which as an aside, it was not because it showed up for days later) *I received a notice that the order was processed , and was satisfied.*However, it turns out that my *nd attempt at the card which allegedly had a problem went through as did the order processed with my alternate card.*When I discovered this issue, I was told that the item was non- refundable as noted in a clause.*I was eventually told to wait for shipment and to call with the chat number and I would be instructed on how to obtain a full refund.*When I look on My Stuff **on the Groupon App, it shows * mattresses pending delivery, however, one has already been delivered.*I now have a notification to schedule the *nd delivery which never should have been processed in the *st place. If I did not get a card error notice, I would not have ordered with a different card.*I am not going to schedule a delivery, nor am I willing to pay a restocking fee for an item I did not willingly order.*It is a waste of the drivers resources well as my time to arrange this delivery.*Please resolve this issue for me and provide a full refund.*I do not know which order was delivered, but the original order numbers were:**********************
