I made a purchase on Groupon in error and emailed as soon as I realized the error was made. I indicated that we have used Groupon often with great success. However, this time I made a purchase in error. The Order * is ***** .*Please cancel this order.
GetHuman-kjhartho did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.

I received a note from Groupon asking if I was happy with the resolution to my problem. I said I was satisfied but not happy. What Groupon did was give me Groupon Dollars to cover the cost of the booking fee at Kiahuna. I felt that although this was a Goodwill jester it didn't go far enough in that I could have booked the course cheaper on my own. When I was booking the course with Golf Now the Groupon add popped up and as in the past I thought it was a discount coupon. After booking I realized it was not a coupon but a booking fee. I tried to cancel immediately but was unable to. Then I saw the note that I could cancel within three days so tried that. In both cases I was told the sale was final. The add was misleading as was the cancellation misleading. *Satisfied but not happy.*Joanne
