I am appalled at your response to my issue. The response says you are waiting for ME to fix the problem and tell you how I did it! Seriously?? I have a vendor I cannot get to respond - which means I cannot use my Groupon because it requires making an appt. with a vendor who does not return calls. Catch -**. I asked for Groupon to refund my $** and I get a non-response from you. Feel like I am in a revolving door. No customer service seems to be your motto. I am outraged.

I pestered Groupon HELP online until someone finally gave me an email address to contact the vendor . I found it a frustrating, unpleasant experience using this online method. Took me a week to get to a possible solution. Bad customer service. Now I have spent *-* days trying to get an appt for services with the vendor, as the Groupon expires before they have availability. I started in early May trying to book an appt with the vendor, so I lost * wks of eligibililty time just trying to get vendor to respond* then another week or so getting useful help from Groupon. Altogether a hugely unsatisfactory experience. Will put me "off" of buying Groupon for some time.
