I bought 2 sets of train tickets in separate orders for a date that doesn't work for me, so I used the trade-in process to change the date. One of the tickets had a discount using the code "DEAL10" during the first order. When I exchanged it, I was unable to reapply the discount, resulting in paying $10 more for the same item with a different date. Additionally, I had another coupon code, "SAVE," which I accidentally didn't apply to the second order. I'm looking to adjust the prices to get the savings back. I purchased a Groupon in February for two Brazilian waxes at Scruples Salon & Spa to be used separately. I have not been able to schedule an appointment because the ad did not mention any restrictions on the days it could be used. Despite multiple attempts to book, I was informed that the Groupon cannot be used from Friday to Sunday, days when I am available. This limitation was not specified in the advertisement. I have been unable to use the service despite planning to do so a while ago, and the voucher is expiring soon. I would like a refund to avoid reporting this as unauthorized to my bank. Working long hours during weekdays, weekends are my only free days, making it unfair to pay for a service I cannot schedule on available dates due to undisclosed restrictions. I have always had good experiences with Groupon in the past, but this situation feels unjust to customers like me with limited free time.

I am interested in re-advertising my business on Groupon. I previously found success and have since added new services to my menu. I bought Cedar Point tickets during a buy one day, get one day free promotion on February 16, [redacted]. Unfortunately, in "my Groupons," it only shows them as being valid for one day. We're planning to visit next month and I need this clarified before our trip. I was under the impression that the terms couldn't change after purchase. The order numbers are #[redacted] and #[redacted]. I got 5 deals, totaling 10 days, so each family member could spend 2 days at the park. I'm a devoted Groupon user and have never encountered issues in the past. Even though other vendors had discounts for Cedar Point, I chose Groupon due to its reliability. Hello, I wanted to share my experience with "The Polished Nail Bar". Upon purchasing a Groupon deal, I tried contacting the company to book an appointment as required. Despite multiple attempts, I received no response. Visiting the salon in person, I discovered each booth operates independently, causing confusion. Despite efforts from another booth's professional to relay my message, I never received a call back. This lack of communication has left me feeling disappointed and out of pocket. I purchased three vouchers for Mother's Day for a spa/massage. The price matched what was advertised. However, customers without a Groupon were getting the same deal at the spa. The spa/massage did not meet the description, and they charged my parents an extra $10 each because of language barriers. Instead of the expected $20 for a 90-minute massage, they ended up paying $25 each, including a tip. The additional $10 charge was not communicated clearly due to language difficulties. While I accept some issues with the service quality, I am unhappy about the unexpected charges. I would appreciate it if something could be done in this matter. I had a disappointing experience and will avoid returning to this establishment.

They are expecting a seven-letter code, but I received a booking reference instead. Despite the all sales final policy, neither Groupon nor the vendor are addressing the problem. After several weeks of being ignored, I'm frustrated about losing $[redacted]. I urgently need this matter resolved by May 20, [redacted]. I have been patient, but the lack of response is unacceptable. Groupon must rectify this situation promptly. Failure to do so will lead me to challenge the charge, report Groupon and the vendor to the BBB, and pursue legal action. I will also share negative reviews due to this unresolved issue.

I noticed an unauthorized charge of $4.99 on my Bank of America account linked to my Groupon account, even though it's still pending, the amount has been deducted from my balance. The charge seems to be for a 6-month service related to the Select membership that I did not authorize. The last time this card was used was to sign up for discounted BJ's deal through Groupon in Montgomeryville. I am requesting a refund for the May monthly fee and would like to have the April month for free since I never intended to sign up for this service. I have already removed this card from my Groupon account on May 19 and want to cancel this membership altogether. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will dispute the transaction with Mastercard, leaving it to be settled between Bank of America and the bank directly. On April 30th, I placed an order for an Apple Watch. After some issues with the delivery address reported by DHL and USPS, Groupon assured me the watch would be delivered by May 16th. Due to the confusion, I decided to cancel the order and place a new one with express delivery. However, checking my new order on May 15th, it hasn't even been processed. This is extremely frustrating as it has been almost a month since my original order, far exceeding the promised 7-day delivery timeframe. The current estimated delivery is now between May 24th and June 3rd, but I urgently need the package within the next two days.

I purchased a Groupon for an interior detailing service, but encountered several issues trying to schedule my appointment. Initially, I couldn't reach anyone and the voicemail was full. After some confusion, I discovered the detailer worked from within the tanning salon. Upon dropping off my car, I was warned about potential damage from their pressure washer. I am extremely disappointed with the response provided regarding my issue. It implies that I am responsible for fixing the problem and informing you of the resolution, which is unacceptable. I am currently unable to use my Groupon as the vendor is unresponsive, making it impossible to schedule an appointment. I have requested a refund of the $79 from Groupon, but have yet to receive a proper response. It feels like I am stuck in a never-ending cycle with no real customer service support. This lack of assistance is truly frustrating and leaves me feeling outraged.

Good morning, I previously spoke with a Groupon customer service representative (chat number [redacted][redacted]0), but the issue remains unresolved. On May 2, [redacted], I tried to order a delayed mattress. Despite receiving a notice about a payment card issue, I re-entered the same card information twice before successfully using an alternate card for the purchase. While I thought the order went through, it turned out both the second attempt and the order with the alternate card were processed. I was informed the item is non-refundable, but was promised a solution for a full refund after contacting through the chat number. On the Groupon App, I see two mattresses pending delivery, with one already delivered. I refuse to schedule a second delivery I did not intend to make and won't pay any restocking fees. I am disappointed that the discount code GRPNOORDLAMHS was never applied to my recent cruise purchase on 5/20/19. Consequently, I was charged the full price. Despite reaching out to the cruise line, they refused to provide me with the credit for the price difference. I have used your services frequently, but this experience feels like a rip-off. Additionally, I request a refund for all vouchers from Shoreline Sightseeing that I promptly canceled after realizing I was charged twice, without booking or reserving anything.
