I just sent this email to Groupon and received an autoreply to use their online portal which did not work. I have called * phone numbers I found online. None have worked. **Hi there,**None of your online options for customer support worked. This was extremely frustrating -- I tried to schedule a call and send an email but got an error page both times, and there were no live agents available. **Please see the attached document for my text conversation with the merchant Pinki Beauty & Spa. They initially scheduled my appointment and informed me that they have a hidden $* fee for all who use Groupon. This fee is not mentioned anywhere on the Groupon site. Then, they texted to cancel the appointment just *.* hours in advance. When I replied moments later to try to reschedule, they did not reply. Now they have been unresponsive for two full weeks. **This whole experience has left me very frustrated with Groupon (even though the merchant's actions are not your fault). Please reimburse me fully for the ********** order. It is unlikely that I will use Groupon again soon. **Sincerely,

Their website did not let me submit a complaint but I was able to do so on my mobile phone app. I submitted a request and they called within the hour. They were able to find a different provider for the same service, get the groupon at a reduced fee, and save me some extra $ for my next groupon purchase. They will supposedly reach out with an email about getting compensation.
