In March, I scheduled a beauty salon appointment with Hi Life in Cape Coral, FL. Unfortunately, I had to reschedule due to illness. Upon checking my Groupon order, I noticed that they mistakenly placed an additional order for the same service. After waiting for a few weeks, I rechecked Groupon for the salon address and found another duplicate order made in error. As a result, I have unintentionally paid for the service three times. Despite attempting to email you without success, I am requesting a refund of $[redacted] for the two extra services. I am planning to redeem the initial service this week. Upon contacting the salon, they directed me to reach out to you for resolution. As a retiree on a fixed income, I rely on this refund. Please process the credit back to the card on file. I've been trying to reach the seller through voicemail and messages on their website listed on Groupon, but haven't had any luck. I've sent multiple emails requesting a refund, but they keep avoiding my request and not acknowledging my wish to cancel the purchase and get my money back. I just want to cancel the order and get the refund within the 3-day timeframe mentioned in the online FAQ.

I purchased a Groupon as a Mother’s Day gift for my mom. The package included a sauna session, massage, and facial. When she arrived for her appointment at 1pm, she was instructed to start with the sauna and then proceed to the facial. However, after waiting for 2 hours in the sauna, no one came for her facial appointment. The staff seemed unaware of the situation and were unapologetic. Despite attempts to rectify the situation by arranging for the massage therapist to step in, my mom was left waiting with no communication or updates. When she requested to speak with the manager, she was met with unhelpful responses. The entire experience was disappointing and poorly managed, leaving my mother feeling mistreated.

I purchased a guided meditation with Reiki session with Dr. Bindu Babu on Saturday, May 4, [redacted], through Groupon. When I tried to redeem the voucher for an appointment on Saturday, August 11, [redacted], there was a communication issue as the practitioner was not available upon my arrival. Despite attempting to reach out via phone and email, I did not receive a response or the service I had scheduled. The next day, I was informed that the voucher was only for guided meditation, not Reiki as advertised. Due to the inconvenience and lack of communication from the office, I would like a refund for the unfulfilled appointment.

I purchased a Groupon for Finest Auto Detail Salon. After contacting them, I found they are quite busy and require scheduling 2 weeks in advance. As I often need to assist my 97-year-old father who lives 3 hours away, arranging for such a distant appointment is challenging. Despite this, I reluctantly scheduled an appointment for today two weeks ago. Upon calling yesterday to confirm my slot for today, I expressed my previous attempts to secure a closer date due to my circumstances. However, the response I received was unexpected. The person I spoke to became agitated and raised their voice, refusing to check if I was on the schedule. Furthermore, they declined to provide service, stating they did not wish to have me as a customer. I am now requesting a refund instead of a Groupon credit, as the entire interaction was distressing.

I encountered issues while trying to purchase a voucher for Microdermabrasion treatments on Groupon last week. Despite receiving errors stating "your order cannot be processed at this time," I attempted multiple times throughout the day. Eventually, I gave up. Trying again on a different day yielded the same outcome. However, today I received an email stating my 'deal is waiting for me' only to find 4 identical vouchers in my 'groupons'. I purchased a Groupon deal for four people to visit Long Island Game Farm for $40. Upon completing my order, it indicated a processing error, so I tried purchasing a two-person voucher for $20 at the same location. Unfortunately, I encountered the same issue with my card. The next day, I attempted the transaction again. Despite the failed attempts for the four-person deal, the purchase for two people at $20 seemed to go through. However, I was shocked to see four Groupon charges on my credit card bill, totaling $[redacted] for 12 entrances. I have encountered some issues with this place. I scheduled 4 appointments to use a Groupon but there have been multiple cancellations and rescheduling. During my last visit, they initially redeemed my Groupon but later mentioned that we couldn't fly due to weight restrictions. Trying to reschedule has been challenging since their availability is limited. I am disappointed with the level of service and I would like a refund. Their handling of the situation has not been satisfactory, and I expected a more straightforward and enjoyable experience given the amount spent on this gift.

Hello, I purchased the "Treat Pro Massage" service two days ago with order number 1[redacted]07-[redacted] ([redacted]2). When I tried to make an appointment and mentioned my Groupon deal to the lady, she seemed reluctant about it. After sending her a picture of my Groupon purchase to confirm, there was some difficulty verifying it. I purchased flowers on Groupon from ProFlowers for my grandma's 92nd birthday, but they never arrived. When I contacted ProFlowers, I had difficulty understanding their customer service representatives due to heavy accents and poor connections. After a frustrating experience, I called back a week later and was informed that my grandma's location was out of the delivery area. I was disappointed that this crucial detail was not communicated to me earlier, as I was looking forward to surprising my grandma. This experience has discouraged me from using ProFlowers again, and I plan to order from local flower companies in the future. Despite thinking the Groupon deal would be beneficial, it turned out to be more troublesome than anticipated.

Dear Customer Service, I placed an order with Printer Pix for a blanket using the $18.99 deal on May 3rd. It has been 15 days, and my order is still in production without any signs of being shipped. I received the teeth whitening product I ordered, but unfortunately, the light doesn't work. When I contacted the company, they were unhelpful and suggested I buy a new battery instead of sending a replacement. I am disappointed by their lack of effort to resolve the issue by either exchanging or refunding the item. I shouldn't have to purchase a battery for a faulty product. I want to return the item without having to cover the return shipping costs. Any advice on how I can proceed to get a refund would be greatly appreciated. I purchased a Groupon for Addictive Colors by Alyssa in Anchorage, AK. When I scheduled the appointment, I was given a date a month later, right before my Groupon expired. The salon suggested I get a refund from Groupon and purchase it again. This was their only solution. I hope they can accommodate this request as there was no indication in the fine print that appointments need to be made over a month in advance. The situation seems unfair considering the cost of the Groupon. Although it hasn't expired yet, it will before I can secure an appointment date.

I purchased what was advertised as a 2-pack of joggers in burgundy and navy, but I only received one pair. Despite being told to wait, the second pair never arrived. I specifically chose the second color and the invoice clearly states burgundy and navy. Unfortunately, the customer service representative I spoke to on chat is now claiming that a 2-pack only consists of one pair, which is not accurate based on the description and invoice. I am still missing the navy joggers and would like to receive the second pair as originally promised.
