Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

I attempted to purchase a voucher for Microdermabrasion treatments last week on groupon. I repeatedly got the message "your order cannot be processed at this time" or something of that nature. So I tried again multiple times during the day and got the same message, I finally gave up. I attempted to make the purchase another day, same message. Then, today, I got an email that my 'deal is waiting for me'. I looked and it was one of the microdermabrasion treatments I was trying to purchase. So I looked at my 'groupons' and there are * !!! Each time I was told my order couldn't be processed, it was charging my card. *Please cancel all of these and refund the card that was charges as soon as possible. I can be reached *am-*:** pm pst at (***) ***-****. *Thank you.
