I have not been able to contact the seller (left a voicemail and sent a message via the vendor's website listed on the Groupon website) and I have since requested a refund several times now via email and have a lot of correspondence showing them dodging my request for a refund and never addressing my want to cancel my purchase and receive the refund. **I simply want to cancel this order and receive my refund within the * day period that is allotted and outlined in the online FAQ.
GetHuman-emmaschw did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.

I copy and pasted the FAQ paragraph for refunds section about having a * day period to receive a refund for the Groupon in an email and basically just asked how to contact a supervisor or manager. Lo and behold they emailed saying they would give me a refund. Even if they don't give me the refund I am going to dispute it with my bank, but hopefully this works.
