Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-joellesu's own words
I ordered a Mac book air and at the completion of the order it stated it was pending and I would get an email stating that my email was completed. It took all day to get a confirmation, which never did. My bank contactedd me to ask if I authorized this order and I responded yes. Then I received an email that said my order was deleted so I can order the product again. I ordered the product again the next day and it did the same thing again as far as taking for ever to send me a confirmation that order was placed. When I looked in the MyG oupon it showed that * MacBook Airs were still pending. I tried to cancel * of them but it kept showing a code that said " this action is not available". So after many attempts to try and cancel * of the Mac book air's, which was unsuccessful, I tried to call Groupon and no one answered that number. Than I receive a message that says my orders have been shipped. I in no way need * Mac book Airs, which by the way this money has come out of my account and I want an IMMEDIATE refund for the * extra ones. I don't see a return lable which I refuse to pay to return these tems. I need someone to contact me asap to resolve this matter.
