I bought a Groupon for Aesthetics by Hannah - Acne Institute with the Order #: [redacted]. During my month-long stay in New York, I attempted three times to book an appointment with her, but she repeatedly canceled and rescheduled. Now that I am back in Portland, I doubt I will return to New York before the coupon expires. Is it feasible to receive a refund so I can use the credit to buy a similar spa treatment in my local area (Portland, OR)?

I paid for transportation from Dallas, Texas to Kansas City, Missouri through Groupon. During a chat with a Groupon agent, I was told it was a round-trip from Dallas to Kansas City. When I called to arrange the details, I found out it's only from Kansas City airport. I am seeking a refund. They tried calling me at [redacted], but I missed the call. I need further assistance with my refund request.

I stayed at Edgemont Resort from March 31 to April 3. Check-in was supposed to be at 4, but due to being short-staffed, we couldn't check in until 8:45, missing out on a day of enjoyment. The staff's rude behavior and remarks added to our disappointment. My bank statement shows a charge of $1,[redacted].23, but the room rate was $[redacted] per night, totaling $[redacted]. Additionally, charges of $[redacted].34 and $[redacted].89 were made. My family and I had a bad experience. I would like a refund for the late check-in night and the wrongly charged cleaning fee. Unfortunately, it seems that Oriental Health Massage & Acupuncture may have closed down. I visited last Monday for a massage and had a return appointment today at 11 a.m. However, upon arrival, the doors were locked, and the office was dark. I've tried contacting them but the phone number provided seems to be out of service, with a full voicemail. I was satisfied with their service before, but now I am left stranded. I would like a refund or the option to exchange my unused $44.00 voucher for services elsewhere.

My daughter surprised me with a lovely dress for Mother's Day, but it is too long for my petite frame and sits too high on my waist! I would like to return it. I wonder if you have a Lilly Posh petite short dress suitable for church wear? I appreciate the thoughtfulness of the gift, as my daughter, Vicki P., chose it without knowing my style preference. Unfortunately, the fit isn't quite right. She lives in Indianapolis, Indiana, and I am in Lantana, Florida.

I have yet to receive the refund for the parking coupon I bought. On checking my account, I noticed that the coupon is now marked as expired. The original coupon was valid for a 14-day period, but when I arrived, as an AMA member, Park2Go offered a better rate for the full 18 days we needed. I asked for a refund in mid-March, but I still haven't seen the credit on my credit card. Can you please verify that the refund will be processed and applied to my credit card? Thank you.

I ordered Mother's Day flowers for my wife on April 29th. I selected a delivery date and left a message. Today was the scheduled delivery date, but upon checking the order status, I realized I had only purchased a voucher. I was under the impression that I was buying the flowers directly from Groupon and they would arrive as selected. I was not aware that I would need to visit another website to redeem the voucher. My wife will now not receive the flowers on time due to this misunderstanding.

Unfortunately, I recently had two iPhones stolen from me within a month, resulting in me being locked out of various accounts, including my Apple ID and Gmail. Suspecting the thieves have access to my accounts, they might have changed my security settings as well. After a challenging time regaining access, I discovered my Groupon for a couples massage expired on April 29th. Although your refund and return policy is strict, I kindly ask if there is a possibility for a grace period extension to this weekend. I am eager to visit your establishment and celebrate my birthday, which was on April 30th, with a massage. Currently single, I plan to take my mother for a special treat on Mother's Day. Regarding order number 1[redacted]94-[redacted] placed on 4.13.19 for a reservation at Benbow Historic Inn, I am seeking a refund as I missed the reservation. I contacted Benbow Historic Inn on 4.17.19, and they advised me to reach out to Groupon for the refund. Despite multiple attempts, I was unable to reach Groupon via phone before the reservation date of 4.18.19. Following the missed reservation, I continued to try contacting Groupon through phone and email to no avail. I have experience with Travelocity, AirBnB, and other platforms, where I haven't faced such issues. Although I appreciate Groupon's offerings, I may have to refrain from future purchases if this refund matter remains unresolved. I find Amazon easier to manage returns and refunds. I made a reservation at Coco Key Hotel Orlando for Thursday, May 9. I planned to check in on the 9th and check out on Friday, May 10. Unfortunately, I didn't receive a confirmation so I couldn't stay the night on the 9th. Strangely, I received a confirmation email on Friday, May 10 at 11 am for a stay that should have started on the 9th and ended on the 10th. It doesn't make sense to confirm a reservation after it was supposed to begin. This situation is frustrating and confusing. I was charged for a stay I couldn't even use, and then received an email confirmation the next day. I hope to resolve this issue with customer service.

I purchased a Groupon voucher for a 4-person escape room experience in Staten Island on March 28, [redacted]. During the purchase, the website displayed an error message, but after refreshing the page, I successfully bought the ticket. However, I noticed that I was charged twice for the same item. When I tried to get a refund, the site was down, so I contacted my bank to file a claim. Despite providing evidence of the double charge being due to a site error, my claim was reversed. After numerous attempts to resolve this issue, I discovered that my claim was reversed and I was charged $90 again. I am requesting a refund for one of the duplicate tickets that I did not intentionally purchase.

I bought a Groupon voucher on May 6, [redacted], for an orthopedic Bunion corrector kit for $22.97. My computer was hacked, and I had to temporarily freeze my MasterCard due to unusual activity. Unfortunately, all transactions were stopped, which I didn't realize until later. I enjoy using Living Social and Groupon. I've been trying to contact you since May 8 but couldn't reach anyone. The hold on my credit card has been lifted, and I hope the Bunion corrector kit is still available. There was a mix-up where it seemed like I accidentally purchased a coupon for Omaha steaks, which I didn't intend to. I prefer speaking with a person and would appreciate getting in touch. I'm 71 and prefer talking over using a computer. I've been unwell recently, and I try to review my cart before checking out. It would be great to speak with a representative, my number is [redacted]. I placed two orders, and later realized they were mistakenly going to my old address. Despite contacting Groupon, they claimed the items had already been shipped, which was not true. After reaching out, I received shipping notification emails, but one was actually only sent the next day. Groupon stated they were unable to assist me in stopping, refunding, or anything else related to my orders. I then contacted USPS and requested an interception due to my mail forwarding in place. Although USPS made a note to intercept and forward the orders to my current address, it has been two weeks with no sign of them. USPS seems unable to locate the packages, while Groupon insists they were delivered to my old address. I am frustrated as Groupon had the opportunity to prevent this situation, saving me time and money. I am requesting a full refund for both orders or replacements to be shipped to my correct address.

Prior to buying, your service explicitly mentioned a refund option within three days after the purchase. I requested a refund within 1.5 days, well within the provided time frame. My Daughter used a Groupon from "PURE VANITY" at the Hilton Village in Scottsdale, AZ, where I discovered concerning health code violations such as not changing sheets or needles before microneedling, contrary to their initial claims. I reported this to the Health Department due to the severity of potential consequences like possible blood diseases from cross-contamination. Due to this alarming situation, I urgently request a refund as promised. I had also purchased Groupons for my Grand Daughters before this incident, but I no longer feel comfortable sending them to "Pure Vanity" due to their unsafe practices. I recently placed an order for two items, one in grey and the other in black. When my package arrived on Wednesday, it contained a maroon item instead of the gray one listed on the packing slip. Despite the mix-up, I decided to keep the maroon item as I liked the color. Today, the second item arrived, intended to be black for an upcoming wedding, but to my disappointment, it was another maroon item, even though the packing slip indicated it should be black. I now have two maroon items and none of the items I originally ordered. The black cardigan's order number is #GG-37KJ-X5BG-[redacted]-G-73H2, and the grey cardigan's order number is #GG-36CM-NTF1-1Y45-TMVX. I purchased a complete detailing service which included shampoo, wax, buffing, and an engine steam clean for my car. However, upon inspection, I noticed several issues. The exterior has streaks from wiping and lacks evidence of buffing. The interior still has many dirty areas, such as wet cloth floor mats, streaky glass, and poorly vacuumed seats. Additionally, the dash, center console, and engine compartment are visibly dirty, with exterior fingerprints present. Despite raising my concerns and being asked to return on 5/13/19, I am disappointed with the current condition of my car. I am now considering using an alternative detailing service due to the lack of attention to detail by the previous service provider.

I purchased a voucher for Colorland to create a photo book, but I have been struggling for the past three weeks to upload all the photos I need for the project. Despite following Colorland's instructions, I have been unable to complete the upload process. I reached out to them for further assistance, but have not received a response. As my voucher expires at the end of this month and I will be away for the next two weeks, I kindly request a refund of the £10 voucher.

Regarding your refund inquiries, I can provide the order numbers [redacted] and [redacted]. I am seeking clarification on why the refund was issued and the destination of the refunded funds. The original card used for payment has been inactive for a while, so if the refund was sent to that card, I will not receive the funds. This is concerning due to the significant amount of money involved. Additionally, I was charged by the tattoo shop for a missed appointment where no refund was processed. This resulted in me losing not only the refund but also the $[redacted] fee for the wasted time slot. The lack of communication about the refund and its destination is troubling. I recently placed an order for a MacBook Air, but encountered some issues with the confirmation process. After waiting for a confirmation email that never arrived, I was contacted by my bank for approval. Following this, I received an email stating my order was deleted and to reorder. Despite placing a new order the next day, I faced the same delayed confirmation. Upon checking MyGroupon, it showed three pending MacBook Air orders. I attempted to cancel two without success and tried contacting Groupon via phone to no avail. Now, I have been notified that all orders have been shipped, but I only need one MacBook Air. I require an immediate refund for the extra two as the charges have already been deducted from my account. I am unable to find a return label and refuse to pay for return shipping.
