I am interested in purchasing tickets for the Carlos Santana and the Doobie Brothers concert. A friend who can't attend due to a prior engagement mentioned that the name on the tickets cannot be changed. I would like to know if it's possible to buy the tickets even though the names on the tickets will not match mine. Could someone contact me via phone or live chat as I am unfamiliar with navigating your website?

Hello, I received a text message informing me that my delivery would arrive between 1:10-3:10. I left work early and waited the whole day, but the delivery never arrived. When I called XDP, they advised me it would be an additional hour late. I waited longer, but it's now showing the package is at the depot. I am very disappointed as I rearranged my work schedule to ensure I didn't miss the delivery, and no one informed me about the delay. My postcode is NN18 9FJ and the reference number is Z3FKHP088824. I purchased tickets for a circus that was not scheduled in my town. Groupon agreed to a refund, but instead, they sent me a voucher for a circus in a different city, Rexburg, ID, which doesn't have a circus. I am frustrated as I can't use the voucher and was promised a refund. I need my money back or I will take legal action. The voucher I received is for a date and location that do not work for me. I am disappointed with the misinformation and the inconvenience this has caused me.

I purchased a Groupon voucher for quality rehab medical pllc worth $[redacted].00 for $[redacted].00 (Bar code [redacted]5). The promotion expires on July 18, [redacted], and I have been trying to redeem it. After not finding a listed phone number, I searched online and tried various numbers without success. Eventually, a woman informed me that she is a private healer and that I had the wrong number. I am frustrated as I have never encountered this issue with other Groupon purchases. On May 5th, I reached out to customer service via email, requesting a refund for a Groupon I purchased for 5 yoga classes at The Awareness Center. The location turned out to be a residence instead of a studio, which made my friend feel unsafe when she tried to use it. I received a response on May 6th, stating a trade-in coupon would be issued. However, I misunderstood the instructions and missed the 24-hour redemption window, leading to the coupon expiring and the original Groupon being reinstated in my account. I then replied on May 7th, expressing my dissatisfaction with the situation and requesting to use the trade-in for 2 tickets to the Face 2 Face event on June 1st at the Queen Wilmington, which would amount to the original purchase value. Despite this, I have not heard back since. I hope for a prompt resolution to this trade-in matter before the desired event tickets are no longer available.

Hello, I purchased a Groupon for 5 days of airport parking at CVG at the xpress lot. Upon attempting to redeem it last week, I was informed I couldn't use it at the long-term area, only the short-term lot. This was disappointing. Hello, I am requesting a refund for Order # [redacted]. I experienced poor customer service, and I am dissatisfied with the way the lady handled my appointment. The appointment was rescheduled three times, and today she wanted to postpone it for another three weeks. When I expressed my inability to wait that long, she responded rudely. Hello, I'm Gena Warmsley. I've tried emailing, but now I can't reach live chat support for a refund. There seems to be a mix-up as I should have been refunded $23.99, not $7.99 for my purchase. I returned the $23.99 item. It's frustrating not being able to speak with anyone when the live chat isn't functional. Please inform me when the correct refund amount will be credited to my account so I can cancel my Groupon service with you.

I recently bought the ProFlowers Groupon deal and was disappointed when the code didn't work. After contacting ProFlowers, I was told it would take 24 hours to activate the Groupon, which was not mentioned in the fine print. Since I needed to order quickly for timely delivery, waiting 24 hours was not an option. This crucial detail should have been clearly stated in the terms. Can I please get a refund as ProFlowers' assistance was unhelpful in this situation?

This is my third inquiry and complaint. I recently discovered that my account was closed after filing a complaint with my bank card company about not receiving a refund. I purchased 4 vouchers for Enterprise Fish Restaurant in Santa Monica but was only able to print out 1. When I tried to void the remaining order, the website malfunctioned. After contacting live chat, I was informed that my account was closed, but the issue would be escalated to a special team. However, I have yet to receive any response. Can I please receive a refund? Hello, I'm Tiffany Morgan Johnson. I made a booking on May 2nd but mistakenly used the wrong card. I tried to cancel immediately and was informed the same day by a representative that it was taken care of. However, as of May 9th, I have not received my refund. I have been assured three times that the refund was processing, but I have yet to see any confirmation emails or the money back in my account. I need the full refund as it was well within the refund deadline, and multiple agents have confirmed the refund process.

I purchased two Groupons from Massage Advantage, but I am disappointed with their requirement to sign up for a monthly subscription and provide my credit card information before I can redeem the massages. The process is complicated, and it was not clearly stated that a subscription was necessary to use the services I had already paid for. In the past, I could easily speak to a representative when using Groupon, but now I have to send emails and wait for resolution. This change makes it more difficult to address issues, and I am considering using Groupon less frequently due to this experience.

I bought a Sam's Club membership card in-store. The cashier and I checked my phone for the transaction confirmation, but after 20 minutes of waiting, it showed an error. We tried again, but it still failed. Later, when I got home, I found two purchase confirmations in my email. I only intended to purchase one card.

I bought a maid cleaning service Groupon, but the cleaning service canceled on the day of our appointment. Trying to reschedule didn't work out, as the available days were no longer convenient for us. We ended up getting a refund through the credit card company for the booking charge. We don't want to deal with this company anymore, so I'm looking to get a refund for the Groupon purchase.

I bought a US Movers Groupon on April 16 with Order # 1[redacted][redacted] for $83. When I tried to book, I found out about undisclosed additional fees in fine print after the purchase. Now I can't use the Groupon due to the extra costs, and the furniture item is no longer available, making the purchase pointless. I didn't know about these charges in advance, and I can't cover them. I bought a two-massage package on Groupon for my boyfriend's birthday. Today, we had our appointments, but it was the worst massage we've ever had. The receptionist suggested contacting Groupon for a refund. Although I didn't redeem the coupon, it shows as "Used" in my Groupon account. I'm hoping for a refund for this terrible experience and won't be going back there again.

I encountered some issues with the website yesterday. I kept receiving a pop-up saying my order was not processed. However, upon checking my bank account today, I noticed that Groupon actually withdrew the payment for those orders. I need to cancel two orders, one of which was sent to a non-existent email address. When I spoke with customer service today about the double billing and the gift going to an invalid email, I felt like I was put on mute. This situation is frustrating, and I've never had problems with Groupon before. I hope this can be resolved soon.
