Regarding $** Las Vegas Madame Toussad’s wax museum*high roller combo. Detailed summary of what happened below. Please provide refund. Customer name - Rachel Stevens.**Hours listed for Madame’s wax museum not correct. Wheelchair access not functioning. Asked multiple employees & security* directed to multiple different elevators* the only one that listed access to Madame’s did not allow access to *R Madame’s floor* directed to guest services* they directed us to speak to cashier cage at Venetian* manager at cashier stated he wouldn’t know who to call to assist. Called Madame Tussaud’s multiple times - no one answered after lengthy automated directory. No one able to assist us. Multiple employees expressed empathy & stated the situation was ridiculous that my wheelchair bound friend was unable to attend, but were unable to direct us to anyone that could really do anything to help. We pre purchased Groupon combo for Madame & High Roller. Fine print stated must redeem at Madame first. Tried calling High Roller multiple times to see if we could at least do that attraction before leaving Vegas - no answer. Extremely disappointed. Lost multiple hours time on last day in Vegas & $*** from Groupon vouchers.
